The trees were smaller that what you advertised to be, and when I got it they had dried branches. I had hydratase them before planting to see if they come to life again.

I watered and planted the trees and also called fast growing trees for advice. No answer from the company and no call back even after leaving a call back number. At this point all of the leaves have fallen off. I am hoping for some new growth with water and TLC. I would never order from this company again.

My first plant arrived completely dead / damaged. The packaging was horrendous. One plant survived but the plastic planter arrived cracked.
I was issued a new one and it never arrived, they sent an email saying Fedex couldn't deliver and I was supposed to receive a new one on ir about June 30. I have nothing as yet

Our trees arrived healthy but were not marked male or female. We wanted to know how to tell the difference. It was very difficult to get that information clearly and we had to both phone and use email before we got a clear answer. Even after that we're not completely sure we have it right.

My tree came to me with all the leaves dried up and falling off. I took a photo and sent it to customer service yes. Within a week they sent me a replacement that was gorgeous--lots of healthy leaves and a nice size. Thank you, FastGrowingTrees.

Even they did very well in marketing but the customer service is not helpful at all. You have to purchase one-year guarantee whereas a lot of other websites are free. I bought 3 cherry trees there. The trees were delivered one day late and were packed very tighted in the box. Some branches were broken during shipping and the trees looked withering. They said it was normal in the their website so I tried to plant them but they didn't do better. Everyday, they became worse and died after 1 month. I contacted their customer service before the trees died to ask for help but they responded very slowly. It took them 3 days to response the following-up emails. And they didn't give any helpful advise to safe the trees. Now the trees are dead and I will see if they can do with warranty better

Two of the 3 trees we bought were good, the third was not. Shipping with your company was a mess. The trees were shipped on Saturday and supposed to arrive Wednesday. They did not. We didn't get the trees till the following Sunday, that's 8 days in transit. Unacceptable! The health of the trees suffered, the maple tree probably won't make it!
Great process, in the end everything worked out and I'm eager to watch my bushes grow.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
