Great, easy, arrived packed wonderfully, easy to order. Great experience.

Trees arrived later than told and needed water desperately. Order was not completed for several days longer.

One tree was broken, wrong trees were sent, when they were notified there response was, they are in the same family, they are a secondary to the red maples. Nothing was done to fix the issue.

Although this is likely not something the company has much control over it is worth noting that the two plants I ordered at separate times did not arrive in the one to two days stated. I paid the addition $20+ for shipping but both plants arrived some 7-8 days after ordering. That being said, they did arrive alive and somewhat healthy, mostly just in desperate need of water, and recovered well.

Fast-growing-trees.com is great the speed, selection an quality is above an beyond. They are true to their size guarantee. The only problem I have is you can pay for a year warranty for the plants but if you use it it's 30$ to ship the replacement. I have bought the warranty many times and never used it so my money was just gone but the one time I needed it I had to pay 1/3 the cost of a new plant

The first time purchased some trees, all of them are damaged. Very unsatisfied!

Product is great, just as promised! My Bush I bought from them is great, it's healthy, it's growing fast! I am anticipating having berries next year because my Bush came from a mature Bush! No wait for the fruit! How awesome!

This was the perfect size tree for me to plant myself. The website had lots of information for a newbie mike me.

I called quite a few nursery and yours was the best fit for all the shrubs, trees, etc. I have not finished the landscaping in my yard and as soon as I do I will be ordering many more items. Backyard right now is a complete disaster zone.

Expensive little palm tree that came with leaves bent and coming off. Still the leaves are falling off and I am afraid it is not going to live. I paid for a policy or insurance on it but I have no idea how I get a new one if this one dies.

Overall I am pleased here and can recommend. Good selection and the order process is easy. I ordered several plants and trees and one did not survive after planting (the day they arrived). It has been very hot (here and in transit I am sure). Some of these are still struggling, however, I think they will make it.

I bought several dozen different types of plants. The shipping and notifications went well except the last one where FedEx held It over at their hub they are arrived with some damage. Most of the plants look like they were recently transplanted from much smaller containers to sell them as larger plants which they were not.

We've ordered trees 3 times from you worth over $1,000 and applied insurance. Each time - the trees all died (after all the manual work to get them into the ground and all the watering!) We were so dissapointed and still maybe if our Blue Spruces don't take... again after al lthe manual watering, etc.

Had to reorder and second shipment was delivered alive and well!
