Avoid these people… They are pathetic. They will only waste your time and they will gouge you for as much money as they can. Their bull$#*! discounts are only a way to lure you in… Bait and switch. They have no intention of actually offering you a discount, and if you attempt to communicate with him, you will be very sorry that you even tried because they do not respond and when they do, they are unhelpful and rude with no manners, etiquette, or professionalism. Some of their items are priced reasonably, but other items are extremely overpriced so I would be concerned that their reasonably priced plants are likely of low quality. And nothing about their trees are fast growing… That is false advertisement. These people are all mixed up… Do yourself a favor and stick to your local nursery. Screw these guys… Lesson learned. I'll never consider an online scheme like this ever again. But I will say, the third-party who process my cancellation and refund was very polite, sincere, and professional, but I definitely cannot say the same about anyone else I spoke to at the actual nursery. Furthermore, emailing them as a waste of time, and their chat option is a complete joke. I'm just so glad I learned this lesson without any consequence because I canceled my order right in time before it was too late, I will happily stick to my local nursery here in the great state of Texas where people have manners, honesty, and courtesy. I should've known from the start, any company that names themself "fast growing trees" is a company that cannot be trusted, and they proved that to me through and through. Three different individuals at the nursery failed miserably in my book; three out of three is enough for me.
Miss Kim's lilac bush looks good, but my tree looks like it's dying, there has been no growth, arrived looking very weak, and hasn't made any improvement.
Im worried it won't survive the remainder of this summer or winter.

The plants I ordered arrived in very good condition. They have been in the ground for two weeks. So far so good but it is too soon to tell if they will work out.
The trees arrived and most of the leaves had fallen off. 2 branches were snapped and a few of the branches had no leaves and were dried up. Hopefully the trees recover since planting.
I received my second delivery of two tri colored dappled willow with disappointment. I called customer service 3 times left my # as you recommended, nobody call back. I already sent my fee back message once but no respond and keep sending me this fee back email. Please take off my email address from your list. I will not order again. Your customer service is not reliable.

Usually, the quality of plants are excellent. When plants don't quite make it well enough through shipping and handling, you always stand by your product and offer resolution. That makes me feel safe to make purchases from you.
Purchased approximately $1200 worth of trees. Chicago hardy fig and pink lady Apple tree in good condition. Hydrangeas were all in fair shape at best. Almost all lavender were dead on arrival, able to roll back some of the shipping shock on two. Reached out to customer service, completely ignored.

I ordered two trees. I've ordered these trees from other vendors and they all died. These trees look really healthy and I'm confident they will take root and grow.
This people are not going to hesitate to make sure you get what they advertise! FedEx mess up the shipping and the send me replacement packages right away. Eventually the lost package arrive but one of the plant was damaged, but it didn't matter because they send me the replacements anyway.

The tree I ordered was the correct height but it was 6 ft tall with practically no leaves. Basically a 6 ft tall branch with a few sparse leaves.
I purchased a magnolia tree for same price the weekend before from my local nursery and it was 6 ft tall with full leaves and blooms and very lush.
I don't know if it's this particular vendor or just the nature of ordering trees online but I won't purchase any more trees or plants online after this experience. For $250 I want to know what I will be receiving.

I ordered a pepper plant, vanilla and coffee bean plant. All three arrived infested with whiteflies. Company's response to my expressed dissatisfaction… " What have you done so far to treat the plants?" My question is, where is your customer service? Since of responsibility? Pride in your product?

When i left my review, i was contacted by FGT asking about my issue. I sent them a photo of the tree with the bent trunk, and they immediately sent me a replacement at not cost. I greatly appreciate the customer service and making things right. Well done!
FastGrowing Trees was fantastic to do business with. They had the product that I wanted, at an affordable price, and shipped it to me immediately. My dwarf peach tree came with planting instructions, and this was super helpful because I know nothing about gardening.
Would give them zero stars if I could. Shrubs came in bad shape, one was was completely out of the dirt and pot, bouncing around in the box. The other two were pretty sad and sickly looking. One has since died. Everywhere I else that I purchase plants, trees and shrubs they come with a one year warranty. Here you have to purchase a warranty separate. I would never bother purchasing from this company again. Buy local.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
