I paid a premium price for 3 fruit trees this spring and all three appear to finally be dead or almost dead. They were planted in good soil and watered when needed and never did send out new leaves. The 30 day warranty is useless on trees because unlike smaller plants it takes longer to know if they are going to take root and grow or die. I would never recommend buying trees from this place.
Plants arrived as by promised and in excellent condition. Dirt was properly protected to stay in the pots even on their side. Thanks

Over the years I have had a variety of different citrus plants... but never a kumquat. So I decided to order a kumquat tree from FastGrowingTrees. The tree arrived in just a few days and was the perfect size and arrived without any damage. It had several blossoms in bloom and six small fruit. Very pleased with the kumquat tree and great service provided by FGT.

My order for the first time was asome I can't Waite to grow some peach but raspberry look a little dead and the second time I order my fig tree came in with dead leafs the stem or the stick was green now is getting all brown like if it is going to die but I hope it doesn't

When my raspberry bushes arrived, three of the four immediately started going downhill having not weathered their trip well (it had been extremely hot). Customer service responded quickly with some initial steps to see if they could be saved. After a couple weeks when it was clear they weren't going to come back, customer service processed the replacement order and I had new bushes within a couple of days. All four raspberry bushes are now growing and thriving.
The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful; and the website functions well, the product ordering process is excellent. The issue the company needs to address is shipping live plants, especially larger ones (my was a 6ft mimosa tree) across the country and having it show up looking as promised; it takes too long to arrive. The company was terrific in providing me a replacement but the second one arrived in the same shape - absolutely no limbs, leaves; both are literally sticks in the air. The items are well packaged but the time to arrival, 8 days, is just too long. Both trees are marginally alive, may recover, but are nothing like I expected to receive. I complement the staff's efforts to satisfy me.
I was very please with my purchase and only have one issue that prevented 5 stars. The two trees of the same kind were intended to be placed on either end of my porch as accents and the trees received are very different in size, shape and even somewhat in color. I would have preferred more uniformity. Otherwise a great shopping experience.
I received my order and the plants seemed a bit roughed up during shipment. I called customer service and the trees were not replaced quickly but they upgraded the replacements to the next size.

I had an issue with my tree when it arrived and I contacted Customer service they replaced the tree immediately. I appreciated how they handled the situation and rectified the matter. The replacement tree still hasnt really taken off so im concerned that it isnt growing at all.
This was a gift for my father. When I was a teenager we had Asian Pears line the property. We lost the property and I think a lot of my dad's love for going to the famers market was lost. Now my dad is quite old but I hope that this tree will provide him some fruit for him to enjoy again.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
