Ordered 8 palm trees, they came 1/2 alive and looked worse for wear. They certainly didn't look as pictured and will not be ordering anything else from this site.
After reviewing the trees I received with some of the trees basically dead, I wasn't expecting this company to react so quick and get in contact with me. The trees are getting replaced free of charge without any hassle. Thank you so much. Honest business looking out for their customers. Keep the good work.
I ordered ONE European Lady Palm. I quickly received the order of TWO and they were NOT the Lady Palms, although the sticker states they are. I filed a dispute with PayPal and shockingly, lost the dispute. I immediately ordered ONE more Lady Palm and received exactly what I ordered. THAT sticker as well, states it is a Lady Palm. All three trees, arrived quickly. They are beautiful and very healthy. I STILL have NO idea of what the first two are, their zone, height, upper canopy spread or any other info.
I have been purchasing from FGT for many years and this is the first bad experience EVER, with FGT. I will continue buying from them, as the experience has always been so positive. I've lost a total of $145.00 from this experience. *I* may have hit a wrong computer key and ordered two instead of the one. I'll have to find out WHAT kind of palms they are, for where to put them, as they are BOTH labeled as Lady Palms. I DO have one beautiful Lady palm, which is all I wanted in the first place. THANK YOU FGT for such a healthy, beautiful palm.

Never thought you could send plants across country and there healthy when they arrive - Abbott hates trees. Seriously the most fun in a long time. Creating or own privacy garden. House built on hill to its takes plant knowledge which is best etc. Only complaint is that yhey don't grow faster

I ordered 2 orange trees- they were essentially cuttings and not small trees. I was hoping the larger one would produce flowers or fruit, which I was told it could do in the first year but it has not grown very much or produced anything. I am following all directions.
I ordered five trees only two of them were in the condition I expected when they arrived. Two were dead or barely clinging to life. As of now all of the leaves are GONE on them now. The magnolia looked bad to me also. But I guess two out of five isn't bad.

It arrived. Looks more like a bush? We haven't planted it yet because of the heat. Don't know if we should pull off the 3 figs on it ot leave them. There are buds popping out. Anxious to see hoe it goes!

When the tree arrived 1/2 of the root ball was completely dry and the leaves were falling off. It lost most of the leaves. Some of the branches are still pliable so I am keeping it watered well in hopes some leaves will grow. It was a very hot time of year.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
