My pine trees arrive late and dry/brown. I try to revive them but at the end I just waste my money.
The first time my trees were sent to me they were broken. I let customer service know and they resent the trees but then FedEx delivery was horrible and the trees were broken again. So the company sent the trees a third time and the third time was a charm. The trees arrived beautifully and look great.
Tree arrived safely and well packaged except it was not the container expected. Expected burlap rap but was hard plastic container. As a result caused extra handling and root ball came apart.
Also, do not like all the emails following - I only wanted one tree nothing else.

I ordered two of these trees and one came some broken branches. I sent them pictures and they automatically sent me a new one. I didn't have to talk to anyone or have to explain why they were damaged upon arrival. Truly outstanding customer service

We were a bit disappointed when we first received our order due to the fact that the packages weren't secure and they were all damaged and some were dying, however they did right by us by replacing everything and they did it very quickly. I have been trying to get customer service to help me. I have sent photos of the trees that show the trees were dead. I have been ignored by the customer service Department and have Had no resolution

I take good care of my houseplants. They are thriving well. Tried FGT for the first time after being lured into their glossy website. Replacement ficus is not doing well. These plants they ship, in my opinion, are inferior

The shrubs and plants I received were poorly packaged. In fact, it looked as though someone had taken the shrubs and just thrown them into a box and sent them off. They came upside down, bent and crushed, wilted, and two were/are dead. I could never recommend this site to anyone.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
