Tree (it was more like a stick) was super small for the price paid. Also, the website says you can delay shipment. Called to delay my shipment and the tree shipped anyway.
The tree arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Doing well so far.
Opening the packaging, the box was in perfect condition. The plant itself was missing several main leaves and had two that were damaged and I did not believe they would rebound. That left 4 main leaves in reasonable shape and I thought they may remain viable. These remaining leaves were appx 8-12 inches in length. Certainly not what I would expect for a plant that was $99.00 and sold as a 3-gallon plant. The container was no more than 1 - 1 1/2 gallon, I would guess. Overall, I was disappointed in the plant as sold/delivered.

I received 3 different kinds of blueberry bushes at the same time. All were planted in the same bedding soil in the same manner. Two are doing very well and the third (Toro blueberry), which was the largest, began to lose leaves right away and just kept losing them until it is just a bare, leafless plant and some of the branches are totally dead. I am leaving it in the ground to see if it ever recovers, but, after two weeks in the ground there is no indication it will recover. Buy the warranty!

Both were planted on the day received. Mimosa has taken very well. The mulberry is losing it's leaves even after trimming back 1/3 of the plant so it could concentrate on root growth. Waiting to see how that turns out in the next few weeks.
Have ordered from them twice now and the trees were shipped quickly and were healthy looking each time. Second time there was some shipping damage and it was solved easily.
I ordered a bloodyoung Japanese maple and root fertilizer. The fertilizer didn't come with the tree and I had to call back and ask for it. But I had already planted the tree by the time it came do not sure how effective it will be having applied after the planting. Also some of the limbs were broken, and quite a few leaves had signs of stress and dryness. Has been a month since planting, and is still alive if not thriving.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
