Both of my avocado trees arrived in a very good condition very healthy looking.

I purchased a Blue Diamond Spruce & it arrived quickly & no issues with shipping and/or damage. However, I took the tree out of the box to find a deformed trunk, 2 to 3" bend at the base. I assume the container blew over & the tree grew towards the sun causing the bow. I took pics & sent to customer service immediately. They replied saying it was still a healthy tree & didn't meet the requirements for a return or refund. I explained this tree was for a focal point in my front yard! They did agree to send a stake kit! So, if you order, you don't necessarily get a "good" tree, just a living tree. They wouldn't plant this one in their own yard … but expect the consumer to not know the difference. Bad move.

I'm really excited about the availability that Fast Growing Trees has and will continue to order from them as I fill in my yard with trees and bushes. Ordering from them has been easy and shipping is reasonably fast - the plants seem to tolerate the travel well.

Received quickly and my order was correct. Packaged nicely as well.

The delivery was delayed by several days. By the time it got to me it's leaves filled the box, the soil was all over the place and it was very dry.

I ordered a tree which, despite my best effort, did not survive. A replacement tree was shipped promptly and is doing amazingly well. There was absolutely no hassle and the transaction coukd not have been easier.

I feel they are nice quality trees, but overpriced. I was not aware to how inflated the prices were until I bought some trees from the farmers market.

I paid $150 for a mango tree that arrived in a completely mutilate box. We planted the tree because it was still alive but missing almost all of its leaves that fell off during delivery. Over the next couple weeks it proceeded to dye.

Ordered 5 trees which took 9 days from the notice they shipped until they arrived in the middle of July. The trees were extremely stressed and dried out with most of the leafs off the plants in the bottom of the box and I'm not sure if they are going to recover. 2 bags of potting mix were left out of the boxes and I sent an email to inform FGT about the issues and have heard nothing in response.

What a beautiful plant I recieved and in excellent condition. It's been planted for over 2 weeks and doing incredibly well. I'll definitely buy from Fast Growing Trees again!

Don't like the method used to hold plastic bag on as I couldn't get off. I had to use scissors to cut bag off.

I don't want to say this is my first experience how lifetree had been shipped. I am happy for what it described for the size of the tree that I purchased which is Humming bird tree.
- tree size is as described approx
- customer service: I think I can couple times to ask questions for growing during hot summers in the 90. I leave my in the bigger pot and semi shard. Good customer service, look up info for me.
- Shipping, since it's 5 ft, my concern is the damage and how many leaves and branches left.
I am happy is not to bad.

The tree I received is nothing but a sapling with no limbs and there is no way that it will produce in the next couple of years.

Received my orders quickly. Trees were bigger than described.

I ordered 4 roses and 4 catmints, unfortunately, one of the roses died and two of the catmints. The other two catmints are circling the drain so they will probably also be dead in a few days.
