I am glad I had insurance on a tree that died because I needed it. The tree died in just a couple of months … but they gave me compensation based on the insurance I had bought. It all worked out great,…. And I have a new tree growing where the old one died.

Both trees arrived in 1 box, having the roots of both very very loose from travel and packaging. We were able to plant the miracle berry bush and it seems to be ok for now but the cashew tree was the worst of the two and is not doing very well. I think having some additional packaging inside the box to keep the trees from moving around so much in traveling could have greatly helped prevent the issue.

Baby trees arrived quickly & in good condition! Received good advice from FastGrowingTrees on how to care for them until we are ready to plant.

Ordered a draceana corn plant. It came with one major shoot broken. Many leaves were bent with the main rib in the leaf broken so the leaves would droop and not stand upright normally. Many leaves had brown tips, indicating poor watering practices. One stalk had a large area of the bark scraped off. All 3 stalks had very little roots on them. It will be a miracle if my $130 plant lives.

First time buyer finding the website easy to shop. The trees and packaging were exactly as described, but delivery time was 5 days, not the 2 day delivery advertised.

I ordered twice in one day! The site was easy to navigate and I got more than what I really wanted for my garden. I kind of wish there were some easy/simple pamphlets of 'fast care for your tree/plant' specific to the ones I bought, but the internet has that information if I need.

All my trees, all 20, died in 2 weeks. I watered them, planted them in the proper soil and did everything the directions told me to.

Fast-growing trees is certainly an apt title for this business. I received my lemon bush carefully packed in a soil-filled pot. It was a bit rumpled and some leaves had a white powdery dust on them (powdery mildew?). But after a sponge bath and a two-day stint in a sunny window, the bush already began sending out fresh shoots from the branch tips! About 10 days later, I transplanted it to a larger pot. Now every branch is producing new leaves.

Tree was great, it was a little wilted when I first planted it but it came around after a week.

Tree not like pictures. Very small not pruned correctly. Disappointed with quality.

Nice well packaged plants but a little pricey. So far so good. We will see if they come back up healthy next year since they were planted late August.

The quality of the bamboo stalk I purchased was good. I accidentally ordered a second item and when I contacted Customer Service they quickly removed it and credited my card right away.
Disappointed the picture shown for the bamboo were not what I had received. Yes, the pictures they have online do say ‘picture of mature bamboo' but they don't have a picture of what you'll actually receive. Also, all pictures on the website show multiple stalks and you only receive one stalk. Maybe I missed that in the description, but I was disappointed I only received one stalk for the price I paid.

The trees came quickly and I planted them that same day. It's been a few weeks and the trees are healthy. Looking forward to next year when they start producing.
