Purchased a Meyer lemon 3 years ago. Customer service has answered questions and citrus packs are wonderful. This tree is in a pot and has to be brought inside in the winter but it is doing great!

Ordering was easy and delivery went great but half my trees ended up dying. They were replaced for free - but I had to pay $106 shipping. So the time it will take to re-plant the trees, dispose of the dead ones and the additional cost of shipping made this a bad experience for me.
The last time I ordered my hedges/trees were delivered to the wrong street and it was very difficult to get them moved to my house. Please be certain that the address 1012 Pinehurst St, Jackson, MS ******* is the delivery address.

I have purchased 3 types of tress / shrubs 3 times. The customer service is above expectations. My first set of trees, one dies and I was refunded quickly and easily. My other trees are very heathy and beautiful.
I have ordered many fast growing trees from this company. They arrive fairly quickly and are beautiful in foliage. This particular order of the Japanese maple was much smaller than I expected and pretty dried out by time it came. I've noticed that FedEx does not handle the boxes as well as they should be handled considering they are live plants. The trees are always packaged well.
I had a problem using the system to send them a photo. They were quick to give me a different option and took care of it quickly. My agents name was Ashley.
