I placed my first order a week ago and got my tree and shrub today. They were in exceptional condition considering their trip across the country. I planted them immediately, and then realized I needed one more plant to finish the space.

Places order for 19 trees multiple of e diffe t kinds. Shipment split up in to multiple orders hard to track and still not received everything. Two trees were damaged so far but the customer service did reply quickly and have assisted with getting those replaced.
What i have received so far, has arrived in good condition. I'm excited to see how they bloom in the spring.

My previous purchase was a nut tree and it got eaten alive this summer. I sent notification and got a "sorry" from your company. I made a recommendation that invoices carry links to sites that your company recommends as "good reads" for protecting a tree's life in the first couple of months. (mission critical upon receipt) I still look at that poor tree and shake my head. It was devastated and so was I. I am hoping that I don't have the same experience with my current purchase. You are asking for date... don't remember - date below is estimate.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
