My order was delivered by FedEx, a total of 5 boxes was supposed to be delivered. 3 showed up first, another box 3 days later, the 5th box never arrived. Had to replacement tress shipped and the were completely different in shape and size from original delivery. Love the trees, had the delivery service
Warranty says they'll replace a dead tree, but when you try to get a replacement they'll tell you it's just shedding. Then when you keep emailing for your warranty they'll give you a store credit, not replacement. Store credit does nothing if you're going charge $20 for shipping.
I am very happy with the way my plants arrived, well packaged and heathy. I have one concern but hopefully they will thrive; the 21 1-2 ft arborvitae I purchased were all pot bound. I suppose to many roots are better than not enough but hopefully this will not be a problem as they grow.
We ordered a Meyer lemon tree, a cherry tree and a lilac plant. Cherry tree and lilac came in great shape but the poor little lemon tree not so much. It was a lot worse from its travels. We're hoping it will survive and get better. Pretty rough right now.
The first tree I was sent arrived in a bad way. It basically was dead. Then fast growing trees was very cooperative and sent out a second tree that is so much better. It seems to be growing and thriving. Very pleased with how they handled that problem.
I am very happy to have received my trees in a timely manner, and they are blossoming and very beautiful. First time ordering a tree by mail and was and was afraid that they would not come as high-quality as they did, but I am very happy
I tree their products are great, but the last order was delivered to the wrong address and it caused me anxiety. I had to disturb my neighbor to inquire which site was the one in the delivery picture. Called The Tree site to inquire but they weren't open, so I sent an email and have not heard back yet. It's been 24 hours. I do like their plants though.
My tree's have always come just like they described. The customer support is awesome. They answer all your question, and they send emails to make sure your all set with your trees. Definitely will buy all my trees here.
I have purchased avocado trees, and Fuji apple trees, and have been very satisfied with the delivery and condition of all of them and you're able to call them on the phone and talk to a plant expert should something not work out
Two small plants in a single, long box, with a lot of empty space in between. Plants were secured and intended to stay separate on each end of the long box. Box was crushed, plants came loose, dirt spilled out, and plants were badly damaged. 2 weeks in and the plants don't just look "tired from the journey". They look on the brink of kicking the bucket.
Still waiting on completion of my order. Received 1 of 3 and haven't received any recent updates as to when I will receive the remaining items.
Believe I was charged full price for all 3 but as noted only received one.
I purchased quite a few fruit trees, vines, and ornamental grasses. All the plants came in great condition except one tree was damaged. Customer service responded right away and sent out a replacement. The person was kind and professional. The items are thriving and I am a very satisfied happy customer.
I was disappointed when I received my Plumeria Surprise Tree. It sure dead a surprise when we opened the box. We purchased the 3 gallon size, which was the biggest and cost a bit more. When we opened the box there was approximately an 8 inch stick like thing, not a TREE! We didn't expect a full size tree but we definitely didn't expect this! I have NO idea if this will ever grow into a real tree. Very disheartening and disappointing. We both expected so much more. Friends have seen it and their response has been "Are you kidding, I can't believe you actually planted that!" So it's not just us that feel that way. We have it in a huge pot on our lanai and are caring for it but don't have much hope for it! So very disappointed. So if you are looking for a Tree, I would suggest to look at something else!
Every time I order, I am pleased with the result -- recently my shipment had an issue -- it was reshipped but never arrived (it was somehow stuck in Nashville). I was concerned when I first received my tree. It was the 4-5 ft. Tall promised, but it looked like a stick, and I was afraid it was dead. However, I planted it and watered it faithfully. It took a bit of time, but suddenly it budded and then it seemed to turn green overnight and continued putting out green leaves. It is growing into a graceful tree, and I am very pleased.
I ordered 2 lemon trees that were supposed to ship within two days. They never shipped and I contacted the company several times and they kept saying they will ship to give it time even though by that point it had been over a week. After waiting some more without any update I canceled my order.
I ordered a tree and after three weeks of no order status update I emailed customer service. I did get a reply saying it would ship on a specific date which it did not. Finally just about a month later it ships. I would have appreciated order status updates especially since it has been delayed for so long.
The delivery schedule is conflicting in that when placing the order delivery was noted to be April for the tree. I phoned for clarification of when the kit would be delivered and was told right away. The tree and kit have both actually been delivered.
I have ordered fig, raspberry, and orange. I have not received the orange yet. And so far the ones I have are just barely in bud - they are inside with grow lights.
The flowers I bought came in seedling form. They are so small I wonder if they will even bloom this year. Also under grow lights inside.
Was a little unsure of ordering plants and having them delivered. The plants arrived in great condition the way the plants are packaged was great and all plants are in the ground and thriving. I will continue to order my plants through Fast Growing Trees.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
