Received my 4' willow tree in excellent condition. Tree was shipped very quickly, packaged very well. It's been planted in ground for 6 weeks now and doing great, not even any signs of transplant shock. Still has all its leaves and actually has grown about 6".
Order Cherokee chief dogwood and was canceled with explanation that you pretty much didn't have a quality one available. Looked at site again and yes they are for sale so order again yet refunded. Why?

I bought a pack of 6 Thuja Junior Giants, the 1 ft sizes. All six dried up. Customer service was great at replacing all six promptly. I planted the new ones and only three of them survived. I didn't call to replace those as it's too late in the year. I'm hoping my last three survive the winter.

Then I was called and told they I could get them but it would be a few weeks. After no contact after several weeks, I called and was told the mutinies would ship that week and that I'd get a tracking number. When that didn't happen, I reached out again and was told that they would ship the next week. They showed up the day before I went on a week's vacation so I had to plant them that day in the rain.
I am in California and I ordered a tree. I was given a 2 week estimate on the shipping date, I waited well past that date.and contacted customer service to ask where is my tree?. I was informed that it had not shipped yet as they are waiting for their certificate or license to ship to California to be renewed and they don't know when it will be delivered. What? Why was I not emailed that there was a delay? …. So I canceled my order. The one positive I can say is that the customer service lady was very nice and apologetic and my refund was issued quickly, I do appreciate that. Overall,, my experience with fast growing trees was a waste of my time.

When I found the website from an add on Facebook I was skeptical. But, the selection was good and the prices were better than a local big box store.
After waiting weeks for a specific fig tree, they cancelled my order abruptly saying I had cancelled it. When I inquired as to what happened, they said it was now a quality control issue. When asked what they would do about it for me, I was told I could buy a much more expensive tree or have nothing at all. That's when I decided this was NOT the company that needed my money. I took a chance on convenience and lost. I'll be buying local in the future.
I ordered an Olive tree from you and received a branch in some dirt. It looked nothing like your website describes or resemble the pictures you have in any way. I emailed you and eventually you sent s replacement of the same exact thing! Now I have 2 branches with all the growth on only one side neither looks anything like you sold me! I'm beyond disappointed in your company, your product and deceptive ways and the way you handle complaints. This is utterly unacceptable to do business this way and I plan on publicly reviewing your company everywhere I can reflecting what happened. You are not a company people should be doing business with under these circumstances. Just an awful experience with a shady, deceptive business. Stay away from this business!
Received my evergreen. Came with plastic bag over a very small ball for the root system. Planted and following all recommended instructions with soil watering etc. Emerald green started declining. Called and spoke with horticultural and was told to give it three weeks and call back with outcome. Evergreen continues to decline and is not going to make it.requested a refund and was given the run around and told me to wait for another 3 weeks. No improvement. IAM totally disappointed in the way this company. Was told they don't refund money and they would have to file a claim what ever that means. Point is don't do business with them as they do not honor the guarantee they promised. Very poor practices, but once they get your money you can kiss it goodbye 👋

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
