We have ordered plants for our home as well as our daughter's. Most of the time the plants arrive ok. I do wish more effort was put in to stabilize the plants and or trees.

We ordered 40 trees to provide more privacy. It's been about 6 weeks. So far, only 1 tree looks like it might be on the way out, although it's hanging in there. The plants are healthy, and I appreciate that the company offers a 1-year guarantee as a safety cushion for the investment. The trees have grown a little but we're entering the Fall and winter seasons so I don't expect much growth until the Spring. The plants were shipped quickly and packed well.

There three plants, all the same, that are green. One that was dead looking when received from the last order is finally getting some green, some sign of life. A tree that arrived with completely dead leaves is still just a twig, although the brown is turning green and still no leaves. I don't necessarily think that the products are bad although the climate in Las Vegas has been harsh this summer and is not conducive to any plant which is not used to dry, extremely hot weather. Disappointing, yes, surprising no but I was hopeful. I believe this is a good company with good intentions for their plants and trees and by all appearances really care. LV just is not a place for beautiful foliage. Im sorry i dont remember the names of the plants. I baby every plant; it's just too harsh. What was I thinking?

My Baby Blue Spruce tree arrived last week, and I couldn't be happier! It arrived healthy and perfectly shaped. We are re-landscaping, and it's a beautiful addition to our front yard!

The tree came in a box that was properly standing up to prevent injury. When I opened the box, the cherry tree was in great shape. I have a small Japanese garden in my backyard that this tree fits in perfectly. It is planted in a large pot and fits in with other fruit trees also in large pots throughout the garden. I've had a great experience with Fast Growing Trees…several of my trees have come from there.

Always top, top notch. I even had to call them with a concern about one of my recent trees. Not only did they (successfully) diagnosis my tree... they even called back weeks later to see how it was doing! Who does that. It doing very well, btw. Haha...

I ordered two holly trees one did not look good and they sent me a new one right away, but I am so worried about when a plant goes bad. Why do I have to pay or repay the shipping? Thank you.

Purchased some willow shrubs and they were actually taller than I expected. It's been a few weeks now and they are doing great. A bunny came and chewed 2 of them down so hoping they grow back fast. They came pretty fast and were in good condition.

Part of previous order did not arrive in good condition. Getting a replacement was easy. Customer service was friendly and efficient.

I've never had a problem with the ordering process, and I appreciate the Zone-specific information and associated shipping dates. Trees and shrubs arrive safely (undamaged) and are healthy, ready to plant and thrive when basic instructions are followed. FGT carries a decent variety to choose from.

I love my orange tree that I purchased. It's now taller than me and just a little over a year. I did produce oranges the first year, but unfortunately, they fell off, but the tree was still very young. All of the plants I have gotten from you guys have been so worth the money

I have ordered many times and the plants are always healthy. Plus speedy delivery in great packing. And they always help with any questions. You can't ask for more

Selection is great, website is reasonably easy to navigate, I just wish y'all would automatically apply the discount codes you're already using to calculate the cart totals. Not doing so contributes to confusion as well as coming off as shady. Additionally, cutting down the included year long alive and thrive to 60 days makes sense (as I'm sure it cut into profits quite substantially), but it feels a bit disingenuous for fall plantings that will go dormant over winter.

Over the last three years I have purchased 56 trees all of which have been in excellent condition and have grown extremely well. This year I purchased 20 Leyland Cypress and 20 Green Giants for a site screen hedge. All of them arrived in fantastic shape healthy and well. Definitely recommend

Always good, healthy plants for a reasonable price. Plus they arrive at my door vs having to run all over rounding things up, loading, unloading, etc.
