I bought 6 sky pencil scrubs in the spring and they were the correct height and very full. About 6 inches diameter. I placed the same order in late summer and I received the complete opposite. Height was correct, but there were maybe 6-8 sprigs in total. Diameter was 1.5 to 2 inches max. So disappointed, such a let down. I thought I found my go to company for annual tree/schrub orders. This second order was so not worth the money I spent, considering the items that were sent to me. I did not contact customer service as I read the responses from previous reviews that had the same issue.

Love my Sugar and Spice Thuga Arborvitae trees. I bought eight of these beautiful trees to create a living wall beside our driveway in 2024. I added two more a year later. The spicy scent of the foliage is delightful and I will certainly bring some cuttings inside for the holidays.
Spring is hit or miss here and harsh at times. It's killed a couple of things and others I thought died like my zone 5 peach tree are thriving.
My fig tree was completely covered with disease and two of the four trees I ordered are already dead they came looking very unhappy.
We ordered a dogwood tree and a redbud tree. Both trees died within a couple weeks. They replaced both trees for us with US paying the shipping. The second dogwood tree came broken. We planted it and it also died within a couple weeks. The second redbud tree that we got is doing amazing.
Everything has been great. I did send an email to try and get information and it was hard to get in touch with someone. No clear way to communicate.

We recently made our first (and last) purchase with Fast Growing Trees. Our order was placed at the beginning of August and we are in October and have yet to receive all items. The order gave an estimated delivery date but then once we paid and received confirmation, we received notice that some items would not ship until late September or early October. We decided to wait. When the first shipment arrived, I was excited to unbox the nandinas and chokeberry plants and was disappointed. The nandinas were very small despite being in a 1 gallon pot (it was as though the plant size was supposed to be in a quart size pot but they planted it in a one gallon and charged more). The chokeberries were really sad. Single stemed, with a few leaves on them. The blueberry plant was as expected. A few weeks later, my lavendars arrived and one of the four was water logged, blackened, and it died within 2 days. I reached out to them for assistance and received my money back for dead plant and a discount on the nandinas which they said get cut back for shipping. The one Monsterra I purchased arrived in decent shape but was infested with bugs in the soil and it is slowly dying despite best efforts to keep it alive. Suffice it to say, I will not be ordering from them again. I'll find a local nursery and will spend less for a better product.
I placed an order at the beginning of August. The Willow Trees were delayed, I made arrangements for a crew to plant them, so I cancelled and purchased them locally. Then the 3 Altheas and 2 Snake plants were delayed. I waited, they were shipped, then lost in transit. I reached out 3x for an update or a refund. The plants never arrived and I the third time I received a refund. The Muskogee Crape Myrtle tree was all that was left. I was informed that unfortunately delivery is delayed until "sometime around the end of October". I'll let ya know how that one goes.
I wish I could buy all the fruit trees you have to offer, but some of them are a little pricey maybe you could have some sales on them. I would love to buy some fruit trees. I love your tech help as well.too

Shipping has sometimes been problematic with orders getting lost in transit, but when we finally get the product, we've been very happy with the health and the liveliness of the plants we received. I ordered coconut trees and twice they got lost in transit. I also ordered a white Sycamore tree that has been doing absolutely beautifully!
I found this company online and it was a good experience dealing with them. They are very courteous and really care that your plants arrive quickly when shipped.
I ordered a wisteria tree because I love wisteria but don't like the vining variety. The tree arrived healthy and has grown fast as promised.
Hello: Yes I bought 2 weeping willows from you. The shipping dates were missed so trees unfortunately came too late in the season to get established. They now both have brown leaves and im afraid they are simply going to die. I explained about my strict shipping dates and you guys missed them... now... 200.00 later let's just see if you indeed insure what you sell. We are in the proper district for the trees so I'm surprised they seem to be failing. The only problem has been the late shipping dates. I'm bummed to say the least.

It took a long time to receive my tree and when I got it all the leaves were dry and the tree looks dead. I went ahead and planted it but I don't think it's going to make it. I'm very disappointed.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
