Purchased an indoor lemon bush for my daughter. It was absolutely beautiful when it arrived. When she transplanted it into a new pot, it started to lose its leaves. I recommended she reach out as there was a chat feature and so she chatted with an expert; together they figured out it was transplant shock. She followed their instructions and though it's still a little bare leaves are coming back and it's healthy. I was really impressed with the service and she was so relieved.

Ordered a Texas lilac tree. It came as a twig (so it looked). It grew very fast, two years it is over 7 foot tall. Healthy and beautiful.

We ordered 16 arborvitae's ……12 came perfect, and perfectly boxed, the other 4 came horribly boxed…looked like they got an oven size box and threw 4 in, no packaging nothing. Tree were all jumbled and upside down.

I have had spotty experience with this company. My initial order was positive but my subsequent orders have been disappointing-damaged plants and unresponsive customer service.
My initial order arrived healthy and the plants were a nice size (fully filled the containers they came in). The second order the plants were small and the climbing hydrangeas had yellow leaves, spindly vines and one of the vines was damaged in shipping. It took 2 attempts with customer service to get the plant replaced. The replacement that was finally sent was 1/3 the size of the original. I really didn't feel like I got my money 's worth with the last order.
The plant arrived with an unnatural curve on the top 1/3 of the tree. I do not want this to happen again or I will reject the order. Please ensure the carrier keeps the box upright OR somehow ensure the tree is protected at the top so it does not curve as the previous one did. After 3 weeks the curve was still there. Also, the original tree arrived at 4 foot. Please make sure the tree is 4 foot or taller. Thanks

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
