I've ordered several items from this company and they arrive in really good shape. The plants have never been overgrown in their containers. The plants are healthy and have all thrived.

Purchased an indoor lemon bush for my daughter. It was absolutely beautiful when it arrived. When she transplanted it into a new pot, it started to lose its leaves. I recommended she reach out as there was a chat feature and so she chatted with an expert; together they figured out it was transplant shock. She followed their instructions and though it's still a little bare leaves are coming back and it's healthy. I was really impressed with the service and she was so relieved.

Ordered a Texas lilac tree. It came as a twig (so it looked). It grew very fast, two years it is over 7 foot tall. Healthy and beautiful.

Shop.com did not apply the 25% discount automatically and I had to add it just before submitting.
Would not take any saved or new credit card while logged into my account. Had to checkout as a guest to enter the same credit card.

I had 2 azaleas die and can't figure out why. They turned brown withall the leaves falling off. One hydrangea is not doing well. The others are doing great.

We ordered 16 arborvitae's ……12 came perfect, and perfectly boxed, the other 4 came horribly boxed…looked like they got an oven size box and threw 4 in, no packaging nothing. Tree were all jumbled and upside down.

The trees are beautiful, however the trees have not grown in the last 3 years. I called customer service and asked for just one to be replaced but no luck. Disappointed.

Products are well packaged and come as advertised. They often look a bit small or spindly when received, but company has always been reliable. I'm not great with plants, so it is definitely worth it for us to have a well established & hearty plant to begin with when adding them to our yard. One tiny miniature blue spruce tree we purchased from FGT is now quite large and full. It is over 7 years old and has thrived under my care!

I ordered some raspberry bushes and the confirmation email was very confusing and vague, not sure if my order was placed or not.

I have had spotty experience with this company. My initial order was positive but my subsequent orders have been disappointing-damaged plants and unresponsive customer service.

The plant arrived with an unnatural curve on the top 1/3 of the tree. I do not want this to happen again or I will reject the order. Please ensure the carrier keeps the box upright OR somehow ensure the tree is protected at the top so it does not curve as the previous one did. After 3 weeks the curve was still there. Also, the original tree arrived at 4 foot. Please make sure the tree is 4 foot or taller. Thanks
