The 8 weigelas were very healthy even though 4 of them were nearly out of their pots and soil was in bag rather than the pots. Roots were exposed on the 4 of them. I watered and replanted within several hours of receiving the shipment!
I did receive salvia plants last year. I did not return but the plants were all out of their pots. Some plants were just sprouts and damaged. In the correct size pot but the plants looked just planted just fell out of pots during shipping.

My only complaint is that one tree came broken and could not be planted so you replaced it. When that came I planted it and it did not make it through our summer. 2 did but 3 did not. You replace 2 but the 3rd you said was already replaced. But I never got to plant it. IT CAME BROKEN? I don't consider that a replacement when it came unplantable.
I have had shrubs from you die in the past. About 15% of them. This far, I have never had a tree die. You've been true to your warranty and either replaced the plant or refunded my money.

The plants arrived in great condition and with blooms! I planted them within a 24 hours of receiving the package. Within 3 days, the plant really perked up beautifully. The packaging on the inside of the box was very good. These plants were able to survive the box being bent and crushed and delivered upside down. The cardboard box was too thin to adequately protect the live plants.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
