Order some trees and plants a couple of them died so was not 100% satisfied but will try again to see what happens with the plants

After placing my order for border trees, I received within 2 to 3 days. Trees were packaged securely and looked healthy. Awesome plants! I will definitely order again from Fast Growing Trees! Thank you.

I sent my horses to Virginia with a young freind, whose family was relocating, when I couldn't ride any more. I honor her care with a fruit tree for her birthday every year.

I can't wait to see my plum and nectarine trees produce next warm season! Once my pomegranate bush arrives, I'll have my childhood trifecta of my favorite fruit trees. That with my blackberry, raspberry, loganberry and boysenberry "family", life is great!

I've had all good experiences with several orders, except the double knockout rose bushes. They came in horrible shape. That's the only reason for a 4

I did receive salvia plants last year. I did not return but the plants were all out of their pots. Some plants were just sprouts and damaged. In the correct size pot but the plants looked just planted just fell out of pots during shipping.

I've bought many, many trees from Fast Growing Trees. They always arrive guy. If I've ever had a problem, they've always made it right. No fuss, no hassle. I won't shop for trees or bushes anywhere else.

Item was not delivered at date requested and was therefore left outside in sun when I was out of town. Called Customer Service and she was disinterested.

I ordered this in July and it has be a frustrating process. Your employees have been kind but the whole thing has been challenging to say the least and I am beyond frustrating.

My only complaint is that one tree came broken and could not be planted so you replaced it. When that came I planted it and it did not make it through our summer. 2 did but 3 did not. You replace 2 but the 3rd you said was already replaced. But I never got to plant it. IT CAME BROKEN? I don't consider that a replacement when it came unplantable.

I have had shrubs from you die in the past. About 15% of them. This far, I have never had a tree die. You've been true to your warranty and either replaced the plant or refunded my money.

I had a FastGrowingTree tree that didn't grow but, after walking me through how to help the tree and give it a chance, they kept their word and replaced it.

The plants arrived in great condition and with blooms! I planted them within a 24 hours of receiving the package. Within 3 days, the plant really perked up beautifully. The packaging on the inside of the box was very good. These plants were able to survive the box being bent and crushed and delivered upside down. The cardboard box was too thin to adequately protect the live plants.

We are redoing the landscaping on a new (to us) home and this is the fourth order we've placed in the last three months. Every plant we've ordered has been carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. We could not be more pleased.

Very responsive customer sevvice when inquired about shipping status. Plants were in great shape when in receipt. New growth observed after just two weeks after planting.

I have had 2 of the 4 trees I have purchased, die. That was on the BOGO. I'm thinking that it's not worth it to do the BOGO. I'm really happy with my other 2 trees though.
