They provide good plants and stand behind their product. Their warranty is legit, not a million hoops to jump through, but straightforward questions and requests for a picture and BAM, they honor the warranty! Not many do that anymore, but Fast Growning Trees does!
My phenomenal lavender was delivered and the bottom half had the gray on the bottom. I could not revive it, and it eventually died.
Bought 8 Arbor Vitae. 2 perished after 6 months. Customer service quick and responsive. Replaced both after reviewing photos and info sent.
Pots were packaged at both ends and loose so they shifted to middle and broke and bent plants. Staples to hold box together went through plants. Hydrangea was packed loose in middle and totally crushed. It also had several leaves that were black on edges and bug eaten. Had to quarantine and treat before planting. Ordered shrubs (through another company) came all the way from Oregon to Iowa in perfect condition.
3 order in a month so I do like the trees allot. One order shipped 10 days before I asked and was told it would ship. One order was lost in transit for 5 days keeping the plants in the boxes for 7 days with no water in very warm conditions 86+ deg. 5 of them are dying out of 62 not bad for being in box that long. Last order had correct amount of trees but 2 of them were the wrong trees out of 18 trees. And when the tree order is in my cart they have 1 year guarantee but when I order it comes up 60 day guarantee. That happened twice and it's strange for sure. So now I screen shot the orders before and after. Customer service does correct all issues in 3 days time. The discounts and free shipping are a nice touch. And make the trees compatible with other nurseries. If they did not have the special discounts the trees would be over priced.
Overall I am very pleased, but will not trust the shipping dates. I am out of town a lot and to have trees show up unexpected is a huge inconvenience for me. The company chat feature connects you but the quality of the person is not so good. I am thinking they are not part of the company but it's only a guess. I will be ordering more, because I do like their product.
Plants/trees arrive glowing. Very healthy. I love the soil/packaging they come in. Packed with care. Healthy root systems and more. I have made several purchases this season. Never disappointed. No regrets.
My first order arrived in 2 parts. The second part arrived damaged and even though I submitted an incident late at night they solved it immediately and helped me find a new plant. Absolutely stellar customer service. Thank you!
I had a red Georgia finger lime tree/bush in my cart and it disappeared and then when I went to search again it was gone. Just as I was about to checkout. I'd really appreciate if you could add it to my order. Very excited for the other plants I could order as this is my first order here and I love gardening.

I wish you a couple years ago bought a couple they groove very well. I did make one mistake that I probably got them a little bigger than I needed to and they're very fast growing so I was able to look up my order from two years ago it was still with your company and I was able to order two more trees of the exact same type. That was very helpful for me and I got this time so it'll be easy to plant them
I have been stepping into ordering trees and shrubs from this company because of being new to it. Thusfar, I have taken advantage of their PLANT20 sale and bought numerous fruit trees, bushes, and shrubs. They are thriving within the first week. They are getting beaten up in transit through FedEx, so TLC has been used in planting with extra root hormones, etc. I feel more comfortable having the one year warranty provided, just in case!
I ordered 12 hedges and received them in boxes that were crushed. The hedges look very beat up. I will contact someone about this but not sure who.
I bought 20 trees in the past, only lost 1 and replanted immediately. They are now over 20 feet tall and providing great cover for a too close neighbor's house. This business was very helpful during entire process.
The products I've ordered in the past have been for the most part excellent but there have been occasional packaging and shipping issues. None though due to FGT's.

I ordered a beautiful tree. It was not delivered as expected. No one contacted me to say my order was arriving late. Finally, I emailed customer service and someone got back to me. My tree would be about another 3 weeks late. I canceled my order. I had a great experience ordering before this. May I suggest if an order is going to be late, that you contact your customer.
I purchased a Zelkova tree about 5 years ago. It arrived looking sad, but after talking with FGT decided to give it some time. Today it is large and healthy. I love it.
I was not happy with the initial purchase in regard to being misled as to when the tree would arrive. However, I now realize that it takes more time than I thought. I
I ordered 3 trees, and after placing the order received notice it would take over a month to receive them! A month came and went with ZERO communication, so I reached out to them. When I finally got a response, I was told the trees arrived and were not in good shape so it would be 2 more months before I got the order! Apparently they are just a middle man, and not a nursery!
If there's any kind of problem with your order just contact them and in my experience help comes quickly and efficiently to resolve your issues and super friendly and they don't make it seem like you have to come up with excuse after excuse, just tell them the problem and they don't even ask or much care for the excuses and I think that's great.
OK, GOT WHAT I EXPECTED. HAVE ORDERED PENCIL TREES BEFORE AND THEY DIED. DID NOT RECEIVE REQUESTED REFUND FROM GUARANTEE, SO DID NOT BOTHER TO PURCHASE IT AGAIN.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
