7 thuga green giant trees from you all, only two have some green on them. Al planted exactly the same, all getting regular water from our automatic sprinklers. Not real happy, especially when friends asked me what kinda sticks I was trying to grow
I was very excited for my tree and I read several positive reviews. I bought some citrus fertilizer for my lemon tree based off of a top review. It seemed to do well at first but with one leaf falling off every couple of days - it is now down to about 10 leaves. I live in Utah - maybe it was just too dry of a climate.

I am sorry to hear that your lemon is losing its leaves. This is normal as a defense mechanism. Trees will drop their leaves so they can put their energy into their roots. It is probably just going through some transit stress. 2 years ago (in the fall) I purchased 6 crepe myrtles from FGT's. The following year they blossomed (after a rather severe winter) but this year only ONE has leaves. This last winter was a record MILD winter. The company does NOT stand behind their trees and I am SOL for all the ones that didn't live. WASTE OF MONEY!
We are so sorry to hear that your trees didn't make through the winter this year. Our plant specialist would be happy to review photos of your trees to see if they can assist with what may be the issue with some thriving and the others not. After 2 years and 2 winters it is hard to say what could be the issue. With trees being a living thing it is hard for us to guarantee the life of the plants past one year. We guarantee them to arrive happy and healthy and offer the extended 1 year warranty because we do know that things can happen. Again we are very sorry that aren't thriving and will have a plant specialist reach out to see if we can help determine if they are just slow coming out of dormancy or if they have perished.
I very rarely write reviews but I felt I had to write this about this company.
I had ordered and received two trees. They were dead when I received them. I thought that when I called the company that they would give me the run around and try to make it hard to prove to them that the trees were dead. I called and they were so nice and they were very quick to say they were sorry this happened and they would right away send me two more trees. I received very quickly two more trees but one was the wrong color. I had ordered one white and one red dogwood tree. They sent me two white trees. I called them once again and they told me to keep the 2nd white tree for free and they sent out right away a red dogwood tree. They came in excellent shape and I am very happy with my trees and this company! They stand behind their products! So don't be afraid to order from them, if something is wrong, they will make it right!

Well, my tree came perfectjy packaged, trimmed blooms in tact, it is 5 fft tall, very heajthy. Now has several lemons on it. I am so pleased. This is the only place to buy a tree
Ordered 2 cherry trees, Bing came with branches and leaves, tartarian came as a stick and hasn't produced any branches or leaves. Bought everything and beyond to make sure the trees would take, and 3 months later, I'm still looking at a branch..

I ordered a Black bamboo plant for $90 and although the plant arrived within 2 or 3 days the plant was pretty much dead. I tried in vain to keep it going but no success. Will not be ordering again if they are going to send me a dead plant!

I purchased two trees but only one is actually a tree the other one was a stick and nerver took root.
We ordered a ginkgo tree and it came very quickly and was packaged nicely! Planted it immediately and one month later it has already grown several inches in height with much new leaf growth as well. Could not be more pleased!
I received these in good order and planted them in my front flower bed. One of them started blooming within 2 weeks, and the other followed soon after. I thought the care and fertilizer recommended were a little over the top, but i used what I had on hand and also put a mulch of egg shells and coffee grounds around the shrubs. They are very healthy and doing fine.
Payed good money for two 5 foot tall trees, upon arrival 1 tree looked great and the other looked a little brown and weak. I immediately planted them to their instructions and watered them the same. The one healthy tree is doing well but the one that looked sick has died. I emailed support about the problem and never got a response. I feel the tree was sick or on its way to dying when it was shipped to me, and to not have received any support is quite upsetting, these trees were expensive!
I bought a centerpiece tree and it arrived quickly. In the box, the tree looked more like a bare branch. However, once planted, it has quickly grown into a beautiful young tree. This company knows what they are doing. Love the website too. You can put in your zone to see only trees that can be grown in your area. I am looking forward to ordering more trees next spring.
