See above experience that we have had...sold us trees that died in 3 months and were not correct for zone 9...we did get a partial refund on planting/replanting.

I am a new customer to fast growing trees. They are great the tree's are healthy and and arrive pack well. I recently did an order with them on their buy one, get 1 sale and didn't know that you had to enter the second tree to get the deal. I emailed them and they made it right. They are a wonderful company. I recommend them to everyone I know.

FGT is a bit pricey for an individual plant but a pretty great resource for larger purchases. Shipping live products must be a packing issue because the boxes arrived pretty "beat up" and one of my Taylor Junipers arrived broken. It was replaced! Now I have a large project in the ground and an "alive and thrive" promise I can trust.

I have bought 6 different items from them. Every item is alive. Any questions I have are answered fast.

My tree was eighteen inches above ground after planning. I called was concerned about the size, and was told it would double in height within thirty days. I have watered it and cared for it like they suggested and after thirty days it is still eighteen inches.

Ordering the crepe myrtle tree on the website was easy, and the tree arrived in accordance with the schedule provided. The tree seems to be healthy enough, and is now successfully growing in my front yard. I guess my only problem or complaint is that I also ordered a crepe myrtle from Home Depot, and I received much more value from that site. From fast growing trees, I received a very small tree for about $60, whereas from Home Depot I received a much larger tree for about $39. So fast growing trees seems to be way overpriced.

The trees were all skinny has heck. Same height at nursery's are much thicker/mature trunks. Prices were heavily discounted on the website but ended up still being more expensive than local nursery's for larger trees...

My wife and I ordered two 7 foot trees late in the season(Autumn). When the trees arrived, one of them was not 7 feet tall and it looked in bad shape. It didn't have any leaves and we weren't sure if we planted it that it would come back in Spring. My wife called customer service. The woman asked to see a photo. My wife sent a photo. The woman said we would get a refund no problem! She then issued the refund right away. She also said to keep the tree. That way we didn't have to worry about the hassle of shipping. Great experience

Quality and service. The prices are a bit higher than can be found, but you get what you pay for. When a plant I purchased did not thrive, the staff was quick to make it right. If I have any issues it is with their shipping service that has often delivered boxes that were the best and handled roughly. The plants have been packaged well, but sometimes arrived in poor shape from the rough shipping.

We received a gift certificate in honor of our granddaughter who gained her wings. We were only going to spend that amount until we received the order of 3 trees and we decided to order 18 more. Every tree came in perfect condition and we are very proud of them. They are at the front of our property here in southern TX

You offer excellent trees and service. Delivery was much quicker than expected.
