I ordered this in July and it has be a frustrating process. Your employees have been kind but the whole thing has been challenging to say the least and I am beyond frustrating.
My only complaint is that one tree came broken and could not be planted so you replaced it. When that came I planted it and it did not make it through our summer. 2 did but 3 did not. You replace 2 but the 3rd you said was already replaced. But I never got to plant it. IT CAME BROKEN? I don't consider that a replacement when it came unplantable.
I have had shrubs from you die in the past. About 15% of them. This far, I have never had a tree die. You've been true to your warranty and either replaced the plant or refunded my money.
I had a FastGrowingTree tree that didn't grow but, after walking me through how to help the tree and give it a chance, they kept their word and replaced it.
The plants arrived in great condition and with blooms! I planted them within a 24 hours of receiving the package. Within 3 days, the plant really perked up beautifully. The packaging on the inside of the box was very good. These plants were able to survive the box being bent and crushed and delivered upside down. The cardboard box was too thin to adequately protect the live plants.
We are redoing the landscaping on a new (to us) home and this is the fourth order we've placed in the last three months. Every plant we've ordered has been carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. We could not be more pleased.
Very responsive customer sevvice when inquired about shipping status. Plants were in great shape when in receipt. New growth observed after just two weeks after planting.
Cardboard package was delivered damaged which damaged the bamboo tree inside package.
The pepper nigrum arrived in optimal condition with very excellent protective packaging on the exterior.
I have had 2 of the 4 trees I have purchased, die. That was on the BOGO. I'm thinking that it's not worth it to do the BOGO. I'm really happy with my other 2 trees though.
My entire order of trees was mangled by the shipping company & as soon as FGT found out they had a replacement order at my door within three days. Can not get better than that!
I've been buying plants for years and one of the best parts was the customer service. Used to be super easy to get help when guarantee/warrantees needed to be used. The customer service people are still great to work with, but now it's more of a process that requires filling out forms online which detracts from the efficiency and customer service aspect on the consumer end. This aspect has caused me to think of Fast Growing Trees less favorable, recommend them less, and look to buy plants elsewhere.
I've always been pleased with shopping at Fast Growing Trees, Large selection and always have what I want. Plants arrive healthy well packaged.
I accidentally bought 2 of the same tree when I wanted 1. I contacted customer service and they immediately fixed the situation
I ordered a Meyer lemon tree as a valentines gift. We had lemons in November- and are ready for more now as November comes again. I was able to grow 2 small plants from this tree- gifts to friends.
Now I'm ordering an orange tree- can't wait to add the fragrance from this new tree to our home- just as wonderful an experience as the lemon tree in bloom.
Over all throughly enjoy working with your company, however very difficult to connect, tried phone, sent emails still no luck.
My last two orders have been short one plant and Jacaranda tree didn't survive.
Not the most technological individual and am 78 so hearing and vision aren't exactly on par. If you could send me such information would appreciate it Jess Hopkins
Interaction was great, products are wonderful but one question. Why does Grow30 discount not apply to this order? Jess Hopkins
I ordered a patio lemon tree. The filtering made it easy to find what i wanted. Tree arrived in good condition and is growing well.
Fuji #1 arrived in good shape.
Fuji BOGO arrived looking like it had been caught in a fire, most leaves burned. No wonder it was free. But I will try and save it anyway.
Ordered a Baby Blue Spruce, which did not survive. But I am sure it was my fault, and the location just too hot.
I had a few plants that died and fast-growing sent me new plants with no issues. I've placed multiple orders and the service has always been great.
Most times its been great packaging. Sometimes my plants came a mess in the box. When they are secured the plants look great. Other than that they are all over the box.
Smaller plants come in really bad shape. Upset about that. Large plants ship with no problem and are in excellent shape. Still not sure if my smaller plants are going to make from my last order
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
