I had a few plants that died and fast-growing sent me new plants with no issues. I've placed multiple orders and the service has always been great.
Most times its been great packaging. Sometimes my plants came a mess in the box. When they are secured the plants look great. Other than that they are all over the box.
Smaller plants come in really bad shape. Upset about that. Large plants ship with no problem and are in excellent shape. Still not sure if my smaller plants are going to make from my last order

I ordered these items on 10-5-2025 and did not receive them. I called on the 10th of October and spent an hour on the phone trying to resolve why I did not receive them. Plant arrived damaged and basically dead, had to wait 30 days to declare it officially dead. Then have to pay shipping to get a replacement. Honestly, I think you finally got me to just go to Lowes...
I've ordered four separate times from this business, fruit trees, grapes, blueberries… and now back for cherries with how well my orchard is doing! Their quickness is replacing trees under warranty is amazing! One tree arrived snapped in half, when I submitted my claim a new one was shipped within 24 hours! So excited for these plants to start producing more and more with maturity!
Plants arrived well, but just as the first year warranty expired my poor grape plant/ one tree died! I'm chalking it up to Gardner error and trying another few plants this year!

I recommended she reach out as there was a chat feature and so she chatted with an expert; together they figured out it was transplant shock. She followed their instructions and though it's still a little bare leaves are coming back and it's healthy. I was really impressed with the service and she was so relieved.

Ordered a Texas lilac tree. It came as a twig (so it looked). It grew very fast, two years it is over 7 foot tall. Healthy and beautiful.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
