I am an elderly lady in Zone 7b and just as soon as I ordered the plant our weather turned very cold and breezy and I asked FGT if they could hold my plant until late February/March, 2025 which they were very receptive to. Temps are still in 30's to low 40's during day and low 20's at night.
I have made several purchases.
So happy about the 1 year warranty.
I have a cherry tree i sent to Virginia and hoping it makes it.
I'm in florida and had a problem regarding a banana plant.
They immediately replaced the injured plant.
I respect a company that backs up it's plants.
Fingers are crossed on cherry tree but I rest easy that it will be replaced if it doesn't make it!
Thank you for the great plants.
Ordered plants and they came in good shape. Nelly Holly was labeled 'deer resistant' so did not cage it and was browsed by der next morning.
I purchased 4 eastern red cedars for shipment in spring…. Well they canceled my order…probably because these trees are selling for $465 or so not the $90 or so I paid?! Then I did purchase one for $465 and was told it would be ok to plant I late fall.,, well it's dying…. And I reached out and have heard nothing back?
Time to lock up my phone at night. I bought a lemon tree at 0500 - and had no recollection of said purchase when I saw an email about my shipment. I'm not sure WHY I bought a Meyer Lemon Tree, as I live in southern Illinois, but when she arrived, I was a bit taken aback at the size of the box. Surely it had to be a lot of "padding" right? Because WHO buys a really BIG lemon tree in their sleep?
Me, apparently.
I unpacked her and marveled at how tall she is and how great she looks. She's taller than me and I'm 5'6". Time to go get a big pot, some soil, and a stand on casters to move 'er around! I planted the tree successfully and placed her in my south facing kitchen - along a bank of windows.
My family thinks I'm nuts - they're probably not wrong.
I was a bit worried about this purchase - because I don't think I need a "fast-growing tree" since she's already taller than me, but all is good. She looks very healthy and happy in her new home and I'm anxiously awaiting the first blossom. I already have visions of pollinating the tree with a little paint brush, and then harvesting loads (?) of delicious lemons and making something absolutely amazing with these lemons.
Honestly, the tree is really beautiful and even if it never creates a lemon, I'm pretty happy. It's a beautiful addition to our kitchen. But if I actually GET lemons from this thing I'm gonna be tickled pink (or, yellow, I guess).
Came in great packaging and the small cherry blossom tree came with blooms!
Bought my wife a mature Key Lime tree for her birthday. Not my first purchase, have had good experiences in the past and got really good advice online. When the tree arrived about a month ago it was showing signs of shock. I transplanted it and followed directions for soil, light, heat, and water carefully. Over the past month the tree experienced significant leaf drop. By the time I gave it to my wife it looked like a "Charlie Brown" tree. A little disappointing. I have been slowly trying to nurse it back to health. It shows signs of life but still looks awful. Sorry, just an honest review.
Every plant that I received was terrible EXCEPT the double knockout roses. In place of all I would like to received 4 more double knockout roses.red, pink, yellow, purple.
Thank You
We have had good experiences with FastGrowingTrees. Our latest purchase was no exception: while initially our order of a fiddle-leaf fig tree was disappointing (it arrived in terrible condition, unhealthy, browning and falling leaves and some broken branches), I reached out and provided pictures, and customer service swiftly rectified the issue by delivering a new tree free of charge. This one arrived in excellent condition and is thriving. I believe the first one just an unfortunate fluke or more related to the courier. We will definitely order from them again.
I ordered and received two Green Giant evergreens. Both were the same height and were packed in the same box for delivery. However, one is fine and healthy, while the other is thin and not looking as healthy.
The ordering and delivery was easy, and the tree arrived in great shape. The tree was really fresh, and it's still looking great now, about 4 weeks now since it's been delivered.
I ordered a tree for my sister for Christmas. I did not want it delivered before Christmas so they I could surprise her (and she was going away for the holidays). The person on the chat line was very patient, (I left in the middle for about 5 minutes because I didn't realize at first she was real!) and super helpful in coming up with a good solution. We haven't gotten the tree yet because we are waiting for some warmer weather, but so far so good!
Product arrived later than initially said. Box and root ball damaged. Tree is dormant so I don't know if it will survive rough handling of package until spring. I put into a pot and waitng till spring to plant outdoors
My four flowering trees arrived quickly and in very good condition, and we planted three outside right away, and one inside (a meyer lemon tree). The outside trees seem to be holding up well under the winter weather. The meyer lemon is producing brightly perfumed flowers and holding up beautifully in the corner of the kitchen. I look forward to seeing flowers and fruits on all the trees in a few months!
The plant arrived burned, weak, destroyed and very small
That was not what I bought.
December 2024 I ordered 15 plants, a mixture of fruit tree's, shrubs, and flowering plants. It's been about 3 wks sence they have been planted and all are doing great. All of the plants arrived in great condition, with exception of the Plumeria tree, it was broken in half in the box, assuming during transit. I couldn't just thow it out so I planted the top portion, after dipping in root stimulator, and it does have new leaf growth appearing. HEALTHY PLANTS
Easy ordering and submission'; delivered promptly. Good instructions for planting
Fast growing trees employees have all been very helpful to all my questions and their plants and trees are great looking. Fed ex sucks but even when they lose your package Ash was able to resend my order and I got it within a week. They're all pretty dormant now for the winter but I'm excited for spring.
I bought six trees five of them was in incredible. One went into shock, but I believe it's coming back.
Just disappointed in the size. Expecting near 2 feet but got near 1 foot!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
