The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with many customers praising the quality of their trees and the reliability of their shipping. Customers appreciate the careful packaging and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, often highlighting responsive customer service and effective handling of replacements. However, there are notable concerns regarding service delays, particularly during peak seasons, and issues with product condition upon arrival. Some customers expressed frustration over the lack of communication and transparency in the order process. Overall, while the company is recognized for its quality products, improvements in customer communication and shipping reliability could enhance the customer experience.

I bought two different kinds of trees. In both cases, they came healthy and have grown well. I will definitely buy more in the future.
Clarifying details of the transaction, specifically when delivery was expected, became a protracted process but was resolved in a positive manner.
The little bush is healthy and happy

All but two of many order arrived safely - beautifully packaged and shipped.
EXCELLENT SERVICE - QUICK DELIVERIES TO THE DOOR - BEAUTIFULLY PACKAGED - LOVELY PLANTS RECEIVED - AS I SAID ONLY TWO DID NOT MAKE IT AND I DID NOT BOTHER TO CONTACT FAST GROWING TREES CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REPLACEMENT AS I WILL JUST ORDER TWO MORE NEXT TIME I PLACE AN ORDER WHICH WILL BE SOON.
Probably never going to be enough direct sun in this part of Florida.
I made this order from away and all went as I had hoped. Brought my friend great pleasure. Thank you
Ordering is quick and easy. I recieved a large, healthy plant. After 3 months it is beautiful and growing well. My daughter has ordered 10 trees and bushes over the last year with the same results each time.
See title, pretty straightforward, product never delivered
The plants were small and half dead when they arrived. The two trees are doing okay, but the small plant completely died within a week of arrival.
The order came in two different shipments over about three weeks. The first order had a tree that was looking pretty good, and another really small houseplant, and one of the 3 leaves it had were dead. I looked back and this plant was over $70. The next shipment was an avocado tree. Again, very very small, and the whole top half of the tree was dead (brown crispy leaves).
Overall, FGT seems like a bit of a scam!
I purchased two citrus plants one of them was filled with bugs. The other one was not thriving when I receive them.
I was impressed that the tree arrived in excellent condition.
Purchased Chicago Fig Tree which arrived dead. Fast Growing Trees shipped another one which never grew, let alone produced any figs! I even purchased an extra warranty at an extra expense, which is no longer good because I had to wait and see if it would grow! Don't waste your money!
I have purchased plants for my garden from the web dozens of times, but I have never had an experience like this. I ordered a plumeria with a one-year warranty for $123. I received a small DEAD plant, took photos and shared these with FastGrowingTrees.com. They advised me to water it, give it some sun and that it would come back to life. I took additional photos showing that it remained DEAD and requested a refund. No replies. I will have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge and that is a use of precious time. To state the obvious: a plant that arrives DEAD is going to stay DEAD..
I would have walked right past this 3-4 foot Benjamina Ficus Tree at a big box store even at half of the FGT sale price of $99.00.
On arrival, the middle of the tree was nearly bare of leaves, with many dry and broken branches. There were no dropped leaves in the packaging, so apparently the tree was selected and packed exactly as received. Additionally, there were no care instructions included in the box. I really thought I was purchasing a premium product.
I reached out to FGT the day the tree was delivered, and they offered only a $14.85 discount.
I've heard great things about their product and customer service, but I am underwhelmed and won't be back. Still I'm hopeful that this tree is an exception to their mission to deliver superior trees and plants.
I ordered 12 shrubs for a business inspection per the landscape plan to get occupancy approval for our new building. It took over 2 weeks to get the shipment and we failed our first inspection because they were late. And then there were only 11 out of 12 shrubs in the box when they finally arrived. They said they would ship out the last shrub immediately for our 2nd business inspection, but never did. They ignored my emails for an entire week (and you can't call them). They finally tell me on the day of inspection that they will ship NOT ship out the shrub due to time of year and will send the missing shrub in March 2025--three months later. I am now trying to get a refund of the one shrub but may have to dispute the credit card charge to make them do it. Their customer service was horrible and I will never use them again.
My plants were carefully packaged, individually wrapped, were moist, and looked healthy.
Had them in the ground for about a month, before a snow storm, worried about the survival rates
Tree arrived in a bucket with soil in good condition. Planted it & mulched.
Weather here has been un seasonably warm, so the bottom graft has had 5 small flower buds. Green leaves on the top. Now 30° temps & maybe 27 tonite. Apples usually need dom chilling. Just hope it survives this cold snap.
Our order arrived very quickly and all our trees looked very healthy and have prospered very well to our homesite
Received a London Plane Tree with multiple damaged and potentially diseased spots. Reached out to FGT, who indicated likely to be cankers. Agreed to send a replacement tree. The replacement tree arrived with a similar spot. This time FGT said it was a response to pruning and would heal. Although I paid fur a healthy tree, not one that is damaged and may or may not not heal, they offered me a nominal 15% discount. So, I get a small discount on a tree I wound got have purchased for 50% off at the nursery. Great way for FGT to clear out damaged or diseased inventory, but not a great way to create satisfied repeat buyers.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
