I tried to claim my warranty for two of the citrus trees and they ask $83 just for shipping it's the most ridiculous thing to ask for. No one will want trees to die and believe me it wasn't because of me as the temperatures dropped quickly and the trees died. It's not that hard to find another nursery that will take care of the customers. They know that when you take a plant from a green house, sell it and the customer will plant it and the temperature drops, the tree will die quickly as the tree its fragile.

Unprofessional to take money and not tell people you don't have their product.

Experience is that I have had not much success with plants surviving.

The Fraiser Fir and Wreath arrived as expected and just in time for Christmas. It was fresh and filled the room with its fragrant smell for weeks. The needles stayed in the tree and didn't fall until we threw it out. Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase. Will buy again!

I was very please in the quality and size of my purchase. The green branches felt supple and moist as they should for a fresh young sapling.
They were ready for planting but I had to wait and am still waiting for the ground to thaw and the temperatures to rise before putting them in the ground. Currently I have them in a regulated 55 F sunny setting. The are holding up very well.

This was supposed to be a christmas gift but nothing ever arrived. I ordered on December 15 and it's February 1 - still nothing. Customer service never responded to any of my outreach. I'll never use this site again.

Excellent and healthy trees--love them. They were professionally and properly wrapped. There was no damage

Ordered my lemon and lime bushes in December. They arrived within a week - healthy. Briefly dropped leaves until I bought some growlights to get them through the winter. So far so good and excited to see them grow!

I have had a good experience during first month. Trees arrived in good shape; I planted them in early January. They are adapting. Hope to see growth after March

You blamed fedex for three incorrect deliveries. The third recipients of my misdirected gift brought it themselves to my friends' house. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN about order problems; so I spent ages on chat trying to get this resolved. Requested a call from management and sure I won't get it.

When I ordered, it stated 7-10 days. I was expecting my order before January. And NOW it says April?!

Shipping was a little questionable, but the tree is great. I only received tracking for the root rocket which arrived first. The tree arrived a week later in an open box. It was undamaged and is still doing great. Can't wait to see how it produces.

It was easy to make the purchase especially thanks to the excellent online content. Shipment arrived on time and was well packaged. Throughout the process, they provided clear updates on shipping as well.

Shopping on the website was easy. Plants and trees arrived in a timely manner and were packed well, arriving in very good shape. My only problem so far is that I purchased two Chicago Hardy Fig Trees at the end of Dec-2024. The fig trees arrived in a dormant state. This past month I contacted FGT because my fig trees were not budding out yet. I sent pictures to FGT of the non budding trees that looked dead. They told me to give the trees until the end of May to see if they were gonna bud out or not. So I've got another month to wait and see what I already know. The fig trees are dead, and it don't take a rocket to see it. Maybe they will honour their one year guaranty at the end of May. I will give another update at that time. I hope they do the right thing so that I'm not out of any money.

That would be me, and I'm so glad I did. After picking out trees for a new home, I called to go over my picks and a very nice and knowledgeable lady walked and talked me through the yes and no's of each pick. Although in the dead of winter, 2 days ago, one bloomed gorgeous white flowers and one has grown over 3' already. Prompt Fed Ex delivery to my door and had them in the ground within 2 days. In the process of picking out more and some for indoors and front porch. It was easy and I'd do it again and again. Also, the delivery was packed well and got a bunch of gloves that insulated my outside faucets during the latest freeze.

I backed over a cherry tree. I bought from fast growing trees going on 3 springs ago. Your horticulturist told me to wrap it like I had already done. I am looking forward to more purchases from fast growing trees
