Great bang for the bucks, nice green giant trees. Boxing of trees can be different depending on sourcing nursery but great value and quality and healthy trees at the end of the day.

I ordered 4 plants, all appeared unhealthy but one. I allowed some time for the plants to perk up because the aftercare instructions state they may appear withered due to the shipping. I allowed several weeks and tried to nurse them back to health but they perished. Once I contacted customer service I was told the warranty is only good for 30 days for the refund so they are only able to do store credit. This would be great if the plant was in stock. Do not wait to contact costumer service and allow the plant time like they ask. Contact costumer service right away or buy elsewhere.
Our Meyer Lemon tree arrived in a narrow box. Many of the leaves were torn. These leaves have not recovered and some of them were lost. We suspect they were damaged from being compressed into the narrow shipping box. The tree is recovering nicely and, to our surprise and delight, is blooming.
I really enjoy the expediency of your operation. I ordered a blaze climbing at 11:30PM, on Thursday night, I aspecting my delivery today. If like all previous orders, the rose will come perfectly packed and undamaged.

I wasn't sure about ordering 10 trees and having them shipped from one side of the country to the other. I received 2 7 foot trees in each box, they were well packaged and looked great. I received the 5 boxes over 3 days, I think that was FedEx.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
