At first, I was leery of ordering plants online to be delivered, but with the one-year guarantee I figured it couldn't go wrong. They arrived and looked better than the ones I bought from a local nursery. I would recommend Living Trees to anyone!

I was refunded part of the order because it's not able to be sent here to my place but the rest of my order has not been sent nor has anybody told me why.

The delivery schedule is conflicting in that when placing the order delivery was noted to be April for the tree. I phoned for clarification of when the kit would be delivered and was told right away. The tree and kit have both actually been delivered.

I have made 2 purchases on Fast Growing Trees.com and have been completely unhappy with both. I purchased a Top Hat Blueberry bush back in October, when it arrived it was dried out, almost every leave had fallen off and it was dying. The instructions said, give it some TLC because it has come a long way being shipped. I did exactly that, put it in perfectly acidic soil, watered it and put grow lights on it to help it come along. It has since died and when I contacted customer service I was told it's dormant and maybe taking a "Well deserved nap" i completed a scratch test as they instructed and it's brown on the inside, meaning it's dried out and dead, but was told to wait till May 30th and then maybe they'll be able to help me with my 1 year alive and thrive warranty. I also ordered a $95 California Honey mandarin tree as well from them, only to have the same issues. The tree came in a box that was too small, the dirt bag they packed it in was broke open and dirt was all over, about 20 of the 40 leaves the tree had, fell off in the shipping process, and now the remaining 20 have fallen off as well. This is after I repotted the tree in a bigger pot, watered it, put it in my Vivosun grow house with grow lights. It is now a leafless, 2 foot twig that looks pathetic, and this tree was almost a $100 purchase that has me annoyed beyond belief. I WILL NOT be making anymore purchases at all from Fast Growing Trees.com I would rather give a local nursery that employs people in my community my buisness. At least I know upfront what I'm buying and what I'm getting. So 2 plants $150 wasted and maybe I'll get some help from customer service and be able to use my 1 year alive and thrive warranty that I got with the plants. But guaranteed I'll be charged some outrageous shipping cost to send me my new plants, that I won't wanna spend anymore of my money at all with this company. Don't waste your time or money, you'll be better off going to Home Depot or a local nursery, at least they offer a return policy if they die.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
