I ordered 2 Italian Cypress trees. They arrived as promised. 5-6 ft.
Plants arrive well packed and healthy, albeit stressed from the shipping experience. Some TLC is all that is needed until they are ready to be planted in their permanent home.
2nd avocado tree died shortly after arrival. As above. 1st banana and avocado trees were dead on arrival. Replacement banana tree is doing great.

I shopped online and made a purchase. I don't think that it's something to write home about. It was just a purchase like any other purchase online, you know, search for what you want, find it, purchase it and hope for the best. I'm the kind of fellow, call me old fashioned, but I like to be able to hold something before I buy it, to make sure that it's what I want and that it's a good one. You cannot do that online. It's just a picture to go by and maybe a brief description.
Anyway, I decided to buy blueberry bushes this year and am happy that I found a place to get them. I had choices, too. Not like Walmart where you have just one variety, maybe and it may not be healthy after sitting on a store shelf for long periods. They shipped pretty quick. Package arrived in tack and plants healthy looking. Planted right away and now wait to see what happens. Thank you Fast Growing Trees.
And that was the extent of my shopping experience. You will have to write me back in a year and ask me again about my purchase, of whether or not it was a good tree that I bought and how did it grow and how my harvest was. That would be an "experience" to write home about.

We're a multi-repeat customer. Ordered a fig tree as a rememberance for a Sunday School member when his wife passed away. The tree came in a box way too large for the tree and had NO INTERNAL PACKING OR PROTECTION. The tree arrived broken to pieces. Every branch shattered. Recipient was devastated. FGTrees had better audit its packing procedures. This will be our last $100 tree from them. All to save 25 cents worth of bubble wrap I guess…

I ordered two 5-6 foot hybrid willow trees. Packaging is not adequate, pots on opposite ends of a long narrow box with nothing to support tree in the middle. First shipment, trees were broken in the middle. Replacement trees sent, same packaging, and they were broken as well. So I paid for 5-6 foot trees and got half that due to damage.
Never received my trees…. Weeks went by after i ordered the trees and i did not get any updates from your company on my order status … i phoned in to inquire …. A gentleman said the avocado tree was shipping on a Saturday… nothing arrived for around 10 days… zero communications again… i called again and was promised a new future shipping date… i cancelled my order. Very poor service. On a positive note… the woman i spoke to was professional and cancelled my order and processed a refund with no problem.
1) I needed a pollinator for a hazelnut tree I purchased but they were out of stock. An employee told me I could still place the order and wait for it. Untrue
2) placed 2 orders and requested shipping to be held until April due to our weather and verified hold was in place. First week of March got email that one order had shipped and same employee from above changed the ship date "by accident " and I had to wait at home to reject delivery (which turns out will be in 2 different days). This caused me to change my whole schedule in order to be home for 2 days waiting for fedex.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
