My plant was arrived with dirt on leaves. I cleaned theö with water and paper towel. After a few days later it started dying, ı put my plant in a sunny place and giving water but still it looks so weak and unhealthy
I called to find out when a tree I bought should start to show signs of life. I left a message, was told I would get a call back, didn't. But I got an email saying they were too busy to call but I should scrape the base of the tree with a coin and see if it was green or brown and black. If it was brown and black I should take a picture and send it to them and they would do something about it. Well, turns out I followed instructions and it was green so I felt confident it was alive. A few days later I saw a tiny leaf sprouting from the very top of the tree. I was annoyed that I didn't get a call back but the instructions in the email let me know someone had listened to my message and acted on it with good instructions so I am giving you 5 stars.
I received the tree in a timely matter. Planted it the very next day. It looked pretty dormant for the first couple of weeks, but I'm now seeing new buds on the branches. So I'm very encouraged that tree will take hold. Fingers crossed! Also, I really liked the functionality of your web site. Very quick path-to-purchase. Good job!

The first tree we ordered was the Cold Hardy Avocado. It has been only a couple of weeks, but the new growth is amazing! We ordered two plums and fig tree. Looking forward to seeing what they will produce.

I ordered the sweet heart cherry tree ( 5-6 foot) for $99.95. When I would check online about the status of my order it would state "processing" or "pending". Then 3 1/2 weeks later I got an email stating the 5-6 Ft. Cherry tree was no longer available. But that they had a 4-5 ft. Sweet heart cherry tree for $139.95. I was very disappointed because this was a gift for my granddaughter. To follow up I called the company twice. On the second call I was told there were no more sweet heart cherry trees available in any size. No explanation was given as to why. Very disappointed with this company.

I ordered a cold hard banana tree. It looked like it was pretty dead after a couple days. I waited a week per instructions from customer support, then did the "scratch test" they recommended. Waited a couple more days, then contacted customer support again to get a replacement and I never heard back. E
I ordered 20 3-4 ft tall Thuja GG's for a privacy wall on my property. Planted 7-8 ft apart. All trees are healthy (except 2 arrived squished on one side with minimal foliage). I'm in Zone 9b in Northern CA and they've already grown at least 5 inches in just a few months. I love them
I purchased the 4 to 5 foot Hardy avocado tree. Upon arrival I had noticed quite a few leaves having been nibbled on and chalked it up to when the plant was still growing at the facility. As the days went on, I noticed more and more leaves with holes in them. I decided to repot to investigate and found several caterpillars at the base of the plant. I did take photos of the bugs and the leaves and immediately sent an email over to the company to which I still have not heard back from.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
