When I placed my order over a month ago, I never got a confirmation email. I called and they sent one. I still have no shipment or confirmation of when that will be. Hopeful, but I can't rate them till I see what I get.
Not only was it super easy to find the tree that I was looking for at a price that is beyond reasonable, I was able to see exactly how to plant and care for this tree online. The package arrived quickly and in great shape. I planted what's appeared to be a 7ft stick in my yard, which quickly developed beautiful purple blooms and not even a month later it has sprouted tons of gorgeous leaves. I feel so silly for not having ordered this years ago because I can only imagine how beautiful it will be in two years time. Cannot recommend enough!
Highly overpriced for what you get. Paid over $100 for an autumn fire maple, received a stick about 3 feet with no branches, no leaves, it's been planted for almost a month and no sign of life. Visited my local green acres and for $50 I could have gotten a 8-10 feet tree with branches and leaves on it.

I have spent a small fortune but i am not disappointed. Everything i have ordered has either been as good if not better than expected. I did have trouble with 2 plants but they were willing to either credit my account or send replacements. That is the only problem with about 15 fruit trees couple berries and some rose plants. The customer service was fantastic and they followed up to make sure everything was going good. A+++ CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a Chicago Hardi Fig tree for about $70, where at Walmart is being sold at $11! Above that the tree came in a damaged box and I have planted in back yard for about 3 weeks ago and it does not seem growing at all with no leaves. I seems to be dead! I don't know if it can be replaced by the seller.

Always had a great experience. Recently one of my trees didn't show up. I contacted the customer service and told them my problem. They emailed me within two hours. The next day they emailed me they were looking into it and would let me know in 48 hrs. In 24 hours after that my tree showed up. Fast service and I knew what was happening every step of the way.
Tree was delivered as scheduled and has sprouted lots of green. Looks like it will be great!

I had an issue with my Rising Sun Eastern Redbud tree and they sent me a new one. That one is doing great as well.
Have gone to webpage multiple times to see about my latest 2 orders. Cannot find any information on shipping dates. For the Lavendar plants, it just spins and spins, yet for the hostas it will and least say "preparing, yet no shipping dates given. Very frustrating when you are planning your season.
Grass seed advertised is 50% inert ingredients, seed test date label was covered over with newer date to cover label from 2022/3 years ago! Square footage coverage listed was 5000 sq. Ft. For a 7 lb bag. Grossly overestimated.
Placed two identical orders 2 weeks apart and had very different looking trees delivered. The first order had trees that were approximately 12" tall and the second order the same trees were approximately 3' tall, which is what I expected for all that were ordered.

Trees arrived in awful condition due to fedex absolutely destroying the boxes. Trees were broken, even the bamboo supports were snapped in half. The rhododendrons were left on the driveway w/o any boxes due them all falling out of the crushed packages. 27 plants, every single one of them broken and damaged.

I ordered two rose trees and the way they ship them makes no sense at all. Needless to say, the package came destroyed. When they shipped the replacement products, they were delivered looking like they were in a war zone.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
