I ordered a total of 12 trees. 8 showed up, in two different deliveries. 4 trees never showed up. I got emails asking to review the missing trees. I responded with they weren't received. Then I was told they were on there way. 2 weeks later still no trees. I ordered large trees so it was over $300 worth that I paid for but didn't receive.

On April 1st we received our Fuji apple tree. It was ordered as a 4-5' tree. It came loose in the packaging during shipment and was folded into 3 sections by the time it got to us with part sticking outside the box. We submitted the online form with pictures attached. Website states you will receive a reply with in 72 hours. Since we were at the 72 hour mark on Friday afternoon I called Fast Growing Trees and was unable to get anyone on the line to discuss the damaged tree. The filing number is *******. After reaching out again on April 5th using the online live chat I finally reached someone who quickly reviewed the claim and is sending a new tree. We have purchased about 30 trees and shrubs and only 1 has arrived damaged.

When we receive the tree, you should send out an enquiry after 2 months if everything was Ok. My tree that was shipped the second time also died. My gardener duf a big hole and made sure the tree was watered properly.

I paid for my order along time ago. I still haven't received 2 of the items. My paperwork says 02/27/2025. That's when I received one of my items. I have been inidated with emails from you and I'm not sure I will ever do business with you again!

Only received half my order. Was told additional item would be in stock the following week. I still have not received the 2nd cherry tree.

My trees came in quickly and in great condition. I got them planted and they are growing great. I plan on ordering more.

The yew shrubs arrived well packaged - they have new growth ready to get in the ground. I think they are going to do well.

One of them had a broken branch, besides that everything seems ok

Waiting to receive my trees. I have not received them yet. Why is there a delay? When should I expect receive my order in full.

I was please with the plants I received. They are much healthier looking than the red banana plants I received. Hopefully the red bananas will survive.
I will plant the bird of paradise tomorrow. Just received today. They had plenty of moisture in the soil unlike the previous delivery.

I made my purchase early February. I was supposed to receive my lemon tree mid march. My order never shipped. Mid march I reached out to customer service, since I had not heard anything. After 3 days customer service reached back out and told me my order was delayed. I received another message last week notifying me that my purchase was delayed. Wondering now if my purchase was legitimate or if I was scammed. Uncertain as to why it would take almost 3 months for a fruit tree to be shipped to me?

My tree's were small and had no branches,, been better off buying at walmart. What happens when you buy off the internet... my bad

I feel like I get a better deal buying trees and plants locally. These are decent but always so much smaller than I expect. I choose 5' but once it's planted the tree is really 2'. It just feels very disappointing and like I didn't really get my money's worth.

I am a returning customer. This spring I bought some berry bushes. All arrived in great shape, and are thriving upon planting. I had some questions about the number of shipments, and the customer support team was great in addressing my concerns and questions.
