Trees come well packaged, very healthy and ready to plant. In the last five years I have purchased about 50 trees and shrubs from FGT and zero have died. That says it all.
I am so pleased with the products I have ordered. They come securely wrapped and boxed. Detailed planting instructions are wonderful to which other places don't include. All my trees are growing strong.

I called when I ordered this in March and explained it is an indoor tree. I called the end of March to see why it hadn't shipped. They said April 26. I called April 28 and they said May 5 because the shipment they had wasn't satisfactory. I would have ordered elsewhere or bought locally if I knew this. If it doesn't ship May 5, I'll cancel the order

I order back in March a blueberry bush... it finally came in late April. The box was not damaged but the poor plant inside looked like it had been through a battle and lost! What little bit of leaves (green) it did have on it when shipped was mangled. About 1/3 of the dirt was in the plastic bag that was covering it... most of it's roots were exposed. I fixed her up as best as I could but her survival is looking pretty grim!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
