Trees come well packaged, very healthy and ready to plant. In the last five years I have purchased about 50 trees and shrubs from FGT and zero have died. That says it all.

I am so pleased with the products I have ordered. They come securely wrapped and boxed. Detailed planting instructions are wonderful to which other places don't include. All my trees are growing strong.

My trees (and plant) were shipped quickly and all arrived healthy and have done wonderfully! Also, I was able to find citrus trees that are generally hard to find. Great experience!

All of the plants and trees I have purchased arrived in excellent condition and continue to thrive.

Great lookin five foot tree received in great shape. New leaves have bloomed on the trunk. Super service in all areas.

Shipped over a week earlier than promised, few survived, customer service cut off the correspondence before I could reply.

I called when I ordered this in March and explained it is an indoor tree. I called the end of March to see why it hadn't shipped. They said April 26. I called April 28 and they said May 5 because the shipment they had wasn't satisfactory. I would have ordered elsewhere or bought locally if I knew this. If it doesn't ship May 5, I'll cancel the order

My orders have been filled promptly and I am impressed with the quality of the trees that do grow as soon as placed in the ground.

They have fast shipping and Healthy plants..

4 out of 20 are still alive after planting, fertilizing, daily watering. They died really fast. Fast dying trees.

They advertise that plant is in stock then after i pay they said we will ship it out after 6 weeks

I submitted a claim a few days ago and have yet to hear back. My plant arrived extremely moldy, soaking wet, and swimming in a large box with absolutely no packing. Hoping to get my $60 back, and sadly disappointed in the turnaround time.

I order back in March a blueberry bush... it finally came in late April. The box was not damaged but the poor plant inside looked like it had been through a battle and lost! What little bit of leaves (green) it did have on it when shipped was mangled. About 1/3 of the dirt was in the plastic bag that was covering it... most of it's roots were exposed. I fixed her up as best as I could but her survival is looking pretty grim!
