I ordered a blueberry bush as part of the buy one get one. Right after I placed my order I realized that the BOGO didn't work. I immediately emailed asking for help to either cancel it or change it to add the BOGO. I never received a response despite being told someone did respond. I don't know where or how they sent the response because I never got it. Also, there response was how to do a BOGO properly and DID NOT help me with either of my requests. Your products are expensive so getting the BOGO would have made me feel better about purchasing. But no one seems to care. If it's truly a BOGO, you could have sent me the other blueberry bush for free.

At first they gave me a delivery date. Then they significantly delayed it. Then after waiting for the delayed arrival, I was informed they couldn't fulfill the original order for two 4-5 ft trees I had ordered but could substitute them for 3-4 ft trees- no additional i formation was given. I had to contact them to ask what the price difference would be and after learning the significantly smaller trees would only be reduced by $5.00 I declined and told them I wouldn't never attempt to order from them again after this first terrible overall experience! The didn't seem to care. Beware! They are not delivering on items as they are described and their customer er service stinks!
I love this nursery! I have purchased many plants from Fast Growing Trees and I have never been disappointed. Everything has been delivered healthy and grown quickly. In addition to the plants being healthy, their sales are something to take advantage of (and they are always having a sale.

I purchased four sky pencil Holly's a year ago. They have no leaves remaining on them. They look like sticks coming up from the ground. They will not be replaced because you say they're alive. I also purchased three Italian Cypress that are predominantly brown and probably will die by the end of next week. I'm not sure what the problem is but I will no longer be purchasing from you.
I ordered a dogwood tree that is about 4 feet tall (above the root ball). It was shipped promptly and very well packaged. It was of the size ordered, in very good condition. It was just starting to leaf out and after about a month has continued normally.
Purchased 2 Haas Avocado trees last year. They came with the Alive and Thrive guarantee. Although we did everything recommended, the trees died. Fast Growing Trees, after we provided the proof needed, they gave us full credit. We were able to purchase the Greek Olive trees, and they arrived a few days later and are doing great! Very pleased!

I chose this company because I thought I was getting a bigger bang for my buck. The tree that arrived was small and "frail". It's alive but that's about it. I could have purchased a bigger and healthier tree of the same species cheaper at my local Menards.
Some plants have have been perfect from the beginning but others very disappointing. I have had no luck at all with any of the Avocado trees. Two have died in their pots purchased from you and the other is truly struggling. I feel the loquat will do well, as will the Mango and the different berry plants although the strawberries are growing slower than I expected. The Chicago Fig is doing well after I addressed the bugs it was overrun with. So I can not be fully satisfied. 😰

My delivery was over a week late and came in damaged at no fault of Fast Growing Trees, missing three gallon plant. Customer service is by email only, no talking to a human. It was replaced with a plant that was in a gallon container but they did give credit. The three gallon plants were plants that appeared to in smialler containers and transplanted to bigger containers and charged accordingly. I gave them another try with some bushes that were on sale and same thing gallon plants that were just transplanted into larger containers. Bottom line, I won't order from them again, I will pay my local greenhouse for plants I can see and know what I am getting.
Ive ordered a good number of trees and they are really hit or miss. I recently deleted my account based off my last order because of the severe poor quality of the tree and the frustrating process it took to get a refund (was sent two completely butchered trees and then was told "they will live" which is not the concern. I dont want to spend money to receive a tree that will take 5 years to recover from being chopped up.
I ordered 2 trees that showed in stock when I placed the order. I ordered 3/10/25 and received 1 of the 2 trees quickly showing the additional tree now on backorder. After over a month I sent and email about the order through their contact us section and have heard nothing back.
The pomegranate I ordered never grew or leaved out it died, the strawberry bush was just a small plant, and the mandarin orange tree was nothing more than a stick. It was my fault to think ordering online might be good way to get trees started early, but after receiving the poor products from this company I will no longer order the products online and shop local nurseries instead when plants are in season.
Also, the one year guarantee is useless after a customer must pay shipping and handling costs to replace a tree that has died.
I will not use fast growing trees any longer.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
