I had high hopes for Fast Growing Trees based on positive recommendations from gardening YouTubers, but my experience with them has been quite disappointing. I placed an order for a dwarf apple tree in early March, 2025 fully expecting a smooth process. After completing my purchase online, I received immediate confirmation of my payment, along with a notification that my tree would ship the week of April 14. I understood that cultivating a tree takes time, and I was patient in waiting for its arrival.
However, during the month that followed, I received no updates regarding the status of my order beyond the initial confirmation email. While I occasionally got promotional emails, there was no communication regarding the progress of my specific order. As the week of April 14 approached, my excitement grew, but still, there was silence from the company.
On or about April 16, I decided to call customer service since I had not received any updates. They assured me that my order would ship that week. However, later that same day, I received an email notifying me that my order had been delayed and that I wouldn't receive my tree until June. This was incredibly frustrating, considering I had initially been told it would arrive in April.
Feeling let down by the lack of communication and the significant delay, I decided to cancel my order. Unfortunately, my experience with Fast Growing Trees has been underwhelming, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience. I won't be ordering from them again, as they've proven to be a non-starter in my eyes. **Rating: 1/5**

They have all exceeded my expectations as individual specimens and gone on to flourish when planted.
Sale prices help the wallet during these uncertain times while Trumps disease dismantles the government, culture and humanity of what was once an already great country.

I bought several trees, bushes and flowers over several orders. Some were delivered within days, others took a bit longer. When I reached out to customer service to get estimated delivery dates, the response was quick and precise. Everything was packaged with care and clearly grown with experts. Definitely recommend using them for all your garden and would-be orchard visions.

I ordered four trees: 2 mandarins, 1 yuzu, and 1 Glenn mango. They packed three trees in one box: two in one direction and one in the other direction so that the leaves were crunched on one tree. The mandarin trees were very spindly and in skinny starter-pots. I could not allow them to acclimate in their pots before transplanting because they could not stand on their own. The leaves of the mandarin were mottled with light yellow, indicating some kind of deficiency, and I was instructed to give them a 10-10-10 fertilizer. This should not be something i have to do as soon as the trees arrive. The leaves of the mandarin also looked like they had a white powdery substance, and I was told it was hard water; however, neither the yuzu which was shipped with the mandarins nor the mango, which came from Florida, had this powdery substance on the leaves. It made me wonder if it was some time of fungicide since the leaves were mottled yellow. The powdery substance also did not look like water spots. Florida's water is much more hard than South Carolina. Customer service people are extremely nice and want to be helpful.

4 foot Japanese maple is spindly. I planted it and it might make it. I found much better Japanese maples at Home Depot which were bigger and fuller.

I planted them with in two hours of getting them I do have really great soil not any clay. I just hope I do not have to call you again about some more dieing. I really take care of my trees They are in a good drainage area, And I do water them when needed I have pllanted other pine trees in my yard about 40 of them all doing very well.All I ask just stand behind your trees I got from you. I purchased 5 trees and 6 bushes for my first order. Most of what i ordered was on sale. Not only did they arrive quickly, they were packed great, practically no damage, lots of precautions in packing. They all are very healthy & although they had to wait about 2 weeks to be planted, they didn't seem to mind. All of them seem to be thriving in their forever home... while we planted with care and have watered generously, I couldn't ask for better, price, quality & service has been top notch, I'd definitely recommend

No one has followed up on my issues. I feel like I wasted hard earned money.

This company should find a different shipping company. FedEx brought my box all smashed and I have 2 if not 3 out of 6 plants dead. I sent an email with pictures a few days ago and no response. Hopefully by the time I get a response they will still have some of the same plants to send replacements. Better send extras to cover the ones that die along the way.

I have purchased multiple plants and have had success after success. The quality of the plants I purchased, packaging and timeliness have been wonderful. In fact, I see so many beautiful plants I keep ordering more - one would think I lived on a country estate!

Sales team great after that i am just a piece of $#*! i guess, 2 months to get product and the customer service dept had every lie, cheat, switch they could use,

My wisteria tree is doing nothing. It's just sitting in the yard like a lawn ornament. I am so disappointed!

I had some questions before deciding on my order. Angie was patient, thorough and utterly delightful. I asked her to delay my delivery until the threat of frost was past. The plants arrived just when the weather was perfect. They have grown like mad since I planted them.

I ordered a tree on March 8,2025. It is now May. Two months later, and I have still not received the tree. More communication would help. I'd be happy to wait for a good product, but I'd appreciate more word. I was really excited about this purchase, which celebrated a milestone. It wasn't cheap, so I hope it arrives soon - otherwise I'll want my money back. I'd be happy to change my review once the product arrives... hopefully soon.

Was sent a damaged plant. Discussed with associates via chat. Did not recover. Sent email to claim warranty. Was asked same questions. Poor quality control and slow, cumbersome customer service. The onus is not on the customer to fix a company's sloppy service. Would not recommend. Would not buy again.
