I purchased a tree 2 months ago and still haven't received a shipment notice or my order.

Despite being shipped, my trees are doing great! I bought another tea olive tree from another company, and the FastGrowingTrees plant is so much healthier.

My tree arrived green and healthy and is now thriving. Had an experience with delivery a nd called customer service and she was so helpful and polite. Will definitely recommend and will buy again.

I NEVER REC'D WHAT I ORDERED... SO... WILL NOT BE USING OR RECOMMENDING FASTGROWINGTREES IN THE FUTURE!

The plants are usually great. Sometimes they die quickly. Also please stop ziptying plastic round the base of the plant's stem, it's incredibly difficult to get off at times without damaging the plant.

It was good. My tree is not doing well almost dead too cold I think

I ordered three trees and a few shrubs. The only things that survived was the maple tree and the strawberry hydrangeas tree. Communication was awful. Keep asking me to send photos in which I did. Keep asking questions about my planting process which I did. They still have not resolved any issues with plants that did not survive. I don't think I will be making future purchases or recommending friends to this company in the future.

My Avocado tree has died twice on me. I'm told to just wait and that they will come back didn't happen

I LOVE Fast Growing Trees; they have the best green thumbs and mailing. They are there to help I have never had a dead plant and have always worked out my planting my mistake. I very much recommend and give more stars if I could.

I have purchased at minimum over 50 trees from FastGrowingTrees.com. They come beautifully packed and are an extreme value compared to trees and plants at the local garden centers. When some of them did not survive a particularly harsh winter (which may have also been from me planting them too late in the season in big part) they stood behind their warranty as promised. I have almost run out of room I thought I had a big property that my biggest problem is not having anywhere to plant many more!

Care kit never arrived, and berry bushes arrived dead. I watered them, and waited a week, as suggested, but still no signs of life.

Purchased a Wisteria Vine in the for $69.95 in the 2 quart size. Received a twig. Order # *******427

Trees arrived in good shape and are doing well so far! Hopefully they will produce fruit next year.

We ordered 50 Junipers, 8 Box Berry, and 6 Pygmy Barberry, Everything was really great except 4 of the Pygmy Barberry showed up DOA. Honestly, it was disappointing but porpotionally speaking it was good. Lol. I will definitely use this company again. I wasn't sure if I could some how have the company replace the 4 Pygmy Barberry.

The two Hybrid Willow trees I ordered had broken branches upon delivery. Unfortunately they were packed poorly for safety of the branches.
