The delivery of a healthy Honeycrisp apple tree was amazing and fast. The tree did well for the first month, but the tree has developed rust spots on the leaves. I am hopeful that the experts at Fast Growing Trees can help me cure the tree's problem.
I have always had a helpful, great experience every time I have had any issue. One thing I would like to recommend, is to always ship with fed ex no matter the size of the order. Dealing with Usps is a nightmare, longer than expected delivery and even returned orders. Fed ex is a much better way to go. Thanks for a great service.
I would say I got a good deal on some really nice trees. It took a bit longer to get them here than I thought it would. But it was worth the wait. They are doing great.
The tree came it was healthy, hydrated and very nice. Even a little bigger than I expected. It's now planted. I think it went into shock a little, but I'm just gonna wait and see how it does overall satisfied with the purchase and the shipping regardless of what happens with the tree.
I had bought some donut watering bags for my new trees and found out that it was very difficult to fill them as you had to sit with the hose to do so for ten minutes. My knees do not allow me to do that so I called thinking I could exchange them but the customer service rep was so rude. Rightaway she said if they are out of packaging there can be no returns or exchanges and was not even trying to be polite. I have had issues with lots of companies but most have been resolved easily in a reasonable manner. I will not be doing business with them again. My new rule is never to do business with rude and inconsiderate people
I have ordered 4 fruit trees, a red bud, tulip poplar, magnolia, weeping willow and a green giant. So far they have all arrived packaged well and healthy. The green giant has been delayed and not received yet. Ordered in April for May 13th delivery. It is June 4th. The little gem magnolia has a thin and tall trunk and hasn't been planted yet. It has been the least attractive kd the trees ordered but it did bloom. The trees ordered and planted last year are all still alive and growing well. The new trees this year seem to be doing well the first month.
I ordered 12 Skip Laurel bushes. The plants arrived very healthy. After I planted them, they have brown very quickly. Great buy.
Customer service was very helpful on taking care of my dead tree
I ordered six Endless Summer Hydrangeas. They arrived in two boxes bound together. Each box held three hydrangeas stacked directly on top of each other. The hydrangeas were crushed and broken at the bottom of the stems. I photographed the shipment and sent them to customer service. The plants were replaced but arrived in the same way as before, stacked on top of each other and crushed. This went on for two more replacements and again the plants arrived stacked and crushed. I finally gave up and bought the the Endless Summer Hydrangeas from my local Lowe's without the headache. Live plants have to be packed and shipped in separate boxes. It's just common sense.
I did two orders. They were shipped quickly. The packaging was well done. Both orders arrived with little stress to the shrubs/tree and they were all of very nice quality. I would definitely order from them again!
Bought the trees. Got them. Planted them. They're growing well.
Everything I received is lovely... great picks. Fast delivery, quick response on whatever problem occurs. If your order is damaged it's quickly replaced
First of all the box was pretty much destroyed the plant had one tiny leave and now it's dead. But all the other purchases have been good.
Very pleased with customer service. Our second set of plants are average in their growth-hydrangeas & only reason for 4 star rating. The roses, 1st of ordered plants are doing very well!
After spending literally thousands of dollars, when a $70 tree died within the warranty, they would only send a replacement if I paid $39.99 shipping. They would not give a refund. Explanation: that's our "policy."
In 2020 a tornado destroyed many full grown Oak, Pine and sweet gum. I decided to plant replacements. So I ordered several varieties of trees, fruit trees and shade. I tried to water them daily and occasionally missed a day or two. Much to my dismay I only have 2 mulberries left and they are pretty spindly.
Hi, my avocado tree arrived with the soil dry and a lot of their leaves dried, the box was so damaged that a lot of their leaves were falling. It has been hard to try to see some improvement in the condition that the tree arrived. I'm trying so hard to take care has it supposed to :(
The Black Eyed Susans were very roughly handled during delivery. The boxes were beat up and the plants inside were broken and twisted all over the place inside. I think they will survive but will have to recover with many having broken stems down to the dirt with much of the dirt having been tumbled out of the pots.
The first avocado tree I sent as a gift looked practically dead upon arrival and subsequently did die. Upon presenting all requested documentation as required in the warranty, Fast Growing Trees replaced the dead tree and expedited its delivery. The new tree is healthy and stunning.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
