Waiting for an order fruit tree July 22 and was paid for it was a gift
I bought a few trees from Fast Growing Trees and was very pleased. Then I found another company in Tennessee that sells them for less and they send 2 for 1. Unfortunately they send two because you're lucky if you can get one to take root. And then they are dry root so while my Fast Growing river birch are shooting up like a Space X rocket, my Tennessee garbage only has a few leaves sticking 3 inches out of the ground. Total waste of time and money. If I'm lucky it will be 3 or 4 years to get the height and health of what my Fast Growing Trees have done in just a single year.
Plants were not treated well during shipping. Delivery gentleman just tossed the plant boxes on the driveway in the hot sun. Upon opening up the boxes, most of the soil was throughout the plants packing and the leaves on all the plants were wilted. It took about three weeks for the plants to come back to life.
I bought trees from you guys for my other house I used to live at. They were all healthy and did well.
I have purchased multiple trees from Fast Growing Trees over the years. I have always received quality trees and have had no problems.

Several trees arrived damaged, but planted anyways hoping for the best. The trees did not survive and let fast growing know. After up loading pictures the damaged tree were replaced. Thanks for the quick response.

Purchased a lemon and lime tree and both are doing great. Had a big aphid problem but both trees are fine now with just a good spray from our hose.

Multiple plants arrived in poor or unacceptable conditions. Instructions state to wait from the plants to adapt but the time frame indicated put you past the time frame where it would but replaced without paying for shipping. Additionally the credit give can not be used with a discount code raising the cost to rebuy an item significantly.
The option to wait to have the item replaced when it comes back in should be an option
All arrives in good shape. I planted everything and it still looks great and healthy. I'm very pleased.
Buyers need to read the details about the warranty. Replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and no refunds are issued.
