The windmill palms are awesome. Thanks for the great delivery as most other companies deliver a dead or dying product.
Our order arrived quickly, well-packed, and beautiful. We purchased the Jane Magnolia, the Little Kim Lilac, and Rosemary. All three plants were in perfect condition. Due to our crazy weather the day the box arrived, we had to keep the plants in our garage for nearly a week. When we finally planted them, they took hold immediately and are budding right now. We are so happy!
Received my plants in a timely manner, they were a little smaller then expected but they got to is in great shape.
The tree was packaged well and seems to be starting to grow in the new, indoor potted location. I had to email about watering instructions that were a little vague on the followup email, but my question was answered and everything seems to be going well with the tree.
I have a great experience the first time buying online--a large order of about 10 little gem magnolias.
But, my attempt to make a second large order is frustrating as I can only enter one promotion code. I got an incentive with a code to enter when doing my second purchase, which was mailed with the magnolias purchase receipt. But, I cannot use it.
The box was leaking dirt everywhere. Upon opening the box I found the large plastic planter container had split and the two small trees were floating around the box and squishing one another.
Thankfully the plants were ok but it was a really big mess to clean up.
I'm so happy with everything! I love, love, LOVE this company! I bought the 3-4 yr Lemon Tree, which in the first 2-3 wks has 30 lemons! I bought pairs of trees as it's said, they produce more fruit even if self-pollinating. I bought fig, avocado tree-no buds, Goji Berries, 3 in 1 Blackberries and Blueberries! Everything else looks beautiful
I've placed 2 orders with Fast-Growing Trees now for 3 plants. They all arrived packaged very diligently, with instructions and are in good health. The shipping costs are a bit high -- but given the quality with which the plants arrive, I don't mind paying a bit extra. Would definitely recommend for a convenient home delivery solution.
Every thing was perfect. From ordering, to shipping, to unboxing my tree. No mishaps of any kind. Tree is very healthy and has taken well. Absolutely going to be ordering from them again!
If not for FedEx I'd give 5 stars. They drop them off at the post office. Nobody there. They could have been stolen or could have froze. They turned the tree on there sides lost dirt, that could of damaged them.
The tree are doing great now. Wished you used ups.
Overall we were pleased with the Leyland Cypress we purchased. On of the trees had ants in the pot. We purchased 14 trees and to date it appears we will lose one tree.
Although the trees I ordered were on the smaller than e pie Ted size, they did arrive safely and so far are doing well after planting them. Thank you for your services!

I received a Methley plum tree about three weeks ago from fast growing trees, it arrived promptly and in perfect condition, I was very impressed so I decided to order a Second plum tree. The first three arrived in a black plastic pot just like most trees and shrubs do, however the second Plumtree arrived on time but it was a bare root tree with no root system I planted it as soon as it arrives but after about four or five days begin to die, I paid $120 for this tree so it is very disappointing to have it die, I knew when I saw the lack of a root system that this tree was probably not going to live
My initial order was a terrible disappointment, the trees looked like crab grass growing out of a pot. Not trees, and not at all what I have come to expect from "Fast Growing Trees". So I gave them a call and chatted with Vicky. I E mailed her a photo of the pitiful trees and she said they would be replaced with something else. So she helped me select some other maples. They arrived a few days later and they are very nice, just what I wanted. So I must say that I am very happy with the trees I received.

The pepper plant was infested with mealybug. The coffee plant was shipped in same box, i couldnt see any sign of them but I just couldnt take the chance. They are evil little bastards and I hate them! I threw the entire delivery and everything in the general area in a contractor trash bag and duct taped shut!
