Purchased 2 plants and the root rocket only to find the root rocket was not included in the shipment. I was refunded the cost of the rot rocket but question the accuracy of the order packing process. I would be concerned if ordering a larger volume purchase.

We purchased one tree that died, fortunately we bought the insurance BUT it is not an equal replacement we had to pay some extra because the second tree was larger.
We have a couple of purchases with different results. The olive tea tree seems to be doing fine but does not show growth and has not bloomed. We think it is ok. The strawberry "plants" were a major disapointment. We invisioned receiving plants, not a small cone of sprouts. Initially a third of them never thrived. Of the ones that took root and began to grow, we only have six that have stayed alive out of the 25 purchased. They show no sign of fruit. Of the five hydranges, two look like they are ok. One has dies, the other two are struggling with few new leaves and have had many brown dry ones. We probably won't bother with future orders because we don't seem to get our money's worth. Thank you anyway.
We ordered 2 apple trees to replace two trees we purchased many years ago from Walmart that never really grew. The trees we purchased arrived looking very healthy. Since planting them a few months ago, they have really thrived and we are very pleased.
I bought 10 Giant green and a Black Bamboo, but what i get Qualitywise is not realy better than what you get at Lowes or Homedepot and cost much more. I'll buy in the future somewhere else.
The trees seen to be nice quality, but I've had to replce at least 1 or 2 could be the hot SC weather. My Sylvester and poplar have died but the Gardenia tree is beautiful.
Overall the experience was good. The stakes and straps to secure the trees were not very helpful ( at least for me). We did have a tree that was dead or dying and they replaced it with no problem.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
