The 6 little green bushes arrived packaged very well and were bigger than expected. They've now been in the ground for three months and have stayed green and are slowly growing larger. So far, I'm very happy with the purchase.
I ordered a patio peach tree when it was delivered the fedx guy dumped it on it's head and broke the tree i called and a very nice customer service person sent out another the other one came and was infested with mites that killed everything in my greenhouse 8 pepper plants two cherry trees a cucumber plant customer service tried to help me save them but the tree was to infested and wreak havoc in my garden I lost a lot of money everything had to go they gave me a credit for what the tree cost which to me was not enough compared to everything I lost I refuse to buy another peach tree so I bought a glen mango tree and it came and it's absolutely beautiful and it's doing really good it's also the only thing in my greenhouse because everything else is dead so I'm not exactly happy with fast growing trees and I will probably never order from them again
The order arrived on time and was healthy. I planted it in the sun with added fertilizer from your company. We also put the tree on a drip line. We have struggled however to keep it alive. The tree has turned mostly brown and looks unhealthy. We are still optimistic that the tree will survive and flourish.
Have ordered several plants from this site. Plants come well packaged and healthy looking. Have had no issues with plants not taking off after planting.
The gardenia is doing fabulously. It's in a pot on my deck. The red dogwood, however, did not survive. It did have a couple of severe trials weather-wise with 2 very large thunderstorms that came with 6 or 7 inches of rain early on, not long after I had planted it. It was very sad, but the customer service response that I got was excellent and I received a refund in the form of future merchandise that I look forward to ordering.
Ordered a red blossum tree for our courtyard and received a 2ft shrub... which turned out to be pink in color. Sent a note to voice my disappointment and was given an $11 dollar credit. Paid $80 dollars for a shrub i found at lowes for $20.
Unimpressed with the tree. I felt like it was overpriced for what I received. After over 1 month of them not posting my review and photos, I deleted them and blocked emails.
Maybe it's me. Keeping the tree outside in Charlotte. Had a bunch of blooms when I received but no fruit survived
FGT replaced an orde that died, no questioned ask. Great to have the item replaced at no coast to me. Was shipped quickly. The new plant is doing great.
Both trees were small. Neither is doing well. BlackBerry Bush and blueberry Bush died. We could have gotten better trees at walmart for half the price. Will not purchase again.

Unprofessional packing. Plants are thrown in the boxes with total disregard for branch breakage. I paid $120 each for two trees and to fit them in their boxes they just broke branches. It was sad to see how they arrived.
I bought a 2-gallon tree that was just a 1-gallon tree thrown in a 2-gallon pot. When I removed the tree from the pot, all the dirt just fell off. The roots did not even fill a 1-gallon pot. A rip-off and an insult to my intelligence.
I purchased 1-year guarantee. However, I do not believe these people will be honest enough to honor it.
Stay away from these people, there are many honest websites you can order plants from.
Excellent experience, the trees arrived very well packaged and have been in the ground since March, and they are still all healthy and alive. Well be ordering more products from fast growing trees, for sure.

I ordered 4 fruit trees to Jackson, Mississippi but only 3 arrived. I called customer service and they explained to me because of agricultural laws the last fruit tree will arrive later by land transport. Then i noticed the shipping dates on the order form was different. The customer service agent had soft voice and patiently explained the situation to me. Very happy returning customer.
Plants arrived quickly. Planted and grew quickly. However the weather this year (I think) has not produced many berries. Picked approximately 12 berries in the beginning and now just have pretty foilage. I'm still blaming the weather, but if you have ideas, please respond. Thanks!
I have been very pleased with all of the trees I've ordered from Fast-Growing-Trees. They have been superior in every way to trees that I've ordered from most of the other sites.
