I ordered a few trees, one arrived broken, they immediately sent out a new tree. I will comment again with the progress of their growth. I am reading that others have had issues with trees dying. I have researched my zone and saw that where I live the trees I purchased should thrive. I am handling the trees with kid gloves, making sure to care for them and give them proper care. Mother nature can wreak havoc on nature, but hopefully my trees will sustain and thrive. A happy customer so far.
I had an issue with two of the plants I received due to Fedex's delay and shipping mishandling. I brought up my concerns through their website, and i got responses right away! Jessica is the representative that assisted me and she was very helpful and very responsive. I am a first time buyer from this company and am very grateful for her help and their focus on customer service.

Goji, s arrived one of bushes looked like hell it had maybe 7 leaves on it, i planted it, lol and behold it was giving me berry's 3 weeks later,,,,
The "stick" with leaves has not grown or changed in the 3 months since it arrived in spite of proper watering and fertilizing. So rapid growth hasn't happened. It still remains just a stick with 3 leaves although, a healthy stick.

Great experience buying plants from Fast-Growing-Trees. The plants came in good condition. They even delayed the shipment due to cold weather so that the plants don't get damaged during the transit. They do care for the plants. I asked a few questions about the plants and got prompt reply. I will buy more plants from them in future.

The tree came in a big box. The roots were protected in a container and then plastic around it. I planted it and I'm really quite amazed as to how well it's doing.

Tree arrived very beat up. The packaging was not sufficient enough to protect against the handling by the shipping company.
Also my tree was infested with millipedes. At first I thought it might be the soil I purchased when I repotted my tree, but no other plants I used same soil with have millipedes. I looked online and saw others with the same bug problems with Meyer lemon trees. My tree recovered from the shipping damage and looked good for a while growing lots of fruit but here it is 2-3 months later and now its dropping lots of leaves. Ive followed all instructions for care exactly. Hopefully my tree will make it. Ive always wanted one and the blossoms smell fantastic.

We initially ordered 11 arborvitaes, which were small & very healthy. Just what we ordered. Great directions for planting. They continue to grow & please us. We're excited. Then we ordered 5 fruit trees, very happy with those as well.

Kudos to whomever writes your descriptions for your products. The trip-dappled willows I ordered have not proven to be fast growers or impressive as stated, and I have had the wisteria plant for 1 year now and although the plant is healthy, no flowers. Likewise with the 2 varieties of grapes I ordered from you. No fruit, even though you advertised no cross pollination required and would bear fruit 1st year. Plants are over 1 yr old, nothing, Your descriptions sell, your products don't seem to live up to expectations.

I placed 50 +/- tree order. Only 3 perished immediately. 1 Avocado tree, a Tea tree, and 1 evergreen tree. The fruit trees are doing well. I would like to see the Evergreens grow faster. I was wondering if the Rocket Fertilizer would help them grow.

Too small to use. I planted them in a flower box. I am 72 years old so I probably wont see them grow up to be planted as a hedge in our yard
My order arrived sooner than expected. The trees were in great shape and they are growing very well. I will continue to order from this company.
Well I bought 5 fruit trees in the past 4 years from them. Each one of them cost me upwards of $150.
When a fruit tree that I ordered on 20th Apr 2018 died in 10 days, they rejected me a refund siting I haven't contacted them with in 60 days. I contacted them on 22nd June; cause I was waiting to see if the tree will revive and saw it completely dried out called them.
Also all the trees that I ordered in the last 2 years never met the description they had on their website. They are always way smaller and shorter than what they mentioned.

The four shrubs were packaged almost too well and seem to be thriving. The poor little aloe, though, didn't look like it had a good trip. It is growing but two arms are bent and discolored still. I'm going to wait until it needs to be repotted before cutting back those damaged limbs.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
