Every time that I buy anything from them whether it be a tree or a Bush it's always top quality if you follow the directions and keep watering it for the first 2 years it grows into a beautiful tree there was one time that I had ordered a cherry tree but it was late in the season and it was not doing well it was very sick and so I took pictures and they sent me another 1 right away. If I had to say anything I would like the payment plans to be included PayPal. Other than that it's a great company to work with and you get good call is the quality plants that will last
I always find that they have the best plants that thrive and do not die. Customer service is beyond as they replace the cherry tree that was dying for me.

Even worse, during shipping, the replacement tree was rattling around in a very large rectangular box. Two branches had snapped of and dirt was everywhere. I spent $87.00 for a sickly tree.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
