No problem with the tree--arrived yesterday, planted it today. We'll see how it does. BUT--I already sent an email complaint about the delivery no one has answered. It was left at the gate, 100 feet from the front porch where I asked it be delivered as I am disabled and walking it to the porch myself difficult. There is also a HUGE SIGN on the gate asking all packages be left on the porch. It takes an able bodied person about 3 minutes to do that, but the trucker couldn't be bothered. I got help with it today, but it could easily have been stolen where it was left.
It took about 2weeks and couple days to get the delivery since I ordered. It was for Mother's day gift but I got it 3days after Mother's day. So I'm not so quite satisfied with shipping. The tree came in ok condition. Few yellow leaves and one branch was completely dead. Other than that it was good to try buying tree from far away. I hope we get pomegranate in the first year.
I received my golden pathos and Areca palm barely clinging on. A lot of the leaves were extremely dry and wilted as I would like to say. I would like a refund for both products.

My trees came healthy and well packaged. I just planted them about 4 days ago more or less and they're doing great.
Received my banana tree and blueberry bush about a week ago. Both were pretty beat up out of the box, but I the banana tree was particularly bad. I was upset when I first open the box, but I know plants are resilient, so I went ahead and planted them both after taking a bunch of pictures of their condition out of the box. They both seem to be hanging in there and slowly coming back to life. We'll see how they look in a month, 6 months and a year from now.
One of the abocado trees had a broken trunk when received. I am guessing this occurred during transport. The 2nd avocado tree and the lime tree looked healthy. They have been replanted and Im keeping my fingers crossed they will grow.

If you don't mind waiting weeks for your order to arrive then buy from here! I ordered on May 8th and it still hasn't shipped (currently May 20th). Hopefully it gets here before June. Don't be mislead by the shipping times promised.

I submitted 2 reviews. Both submitted at the same time for the same order (I ordered 1 banana and 1 olive) that I had previously purchased. One was a good review the other was not a favorable review.
I went to check the reviews and I see that only the good review was posted. The negative review was suspiciously not added.
If you go on their site you see great review on their products. However if they are filtering out the 1/2/3 stars reviews that is not giving the consumer an accurate representation on their products.
I have placed several orders over the years there and my experience has always been positive. However I am disappointed to see this company filter out reviews for poor performing products.
I purchased several Holly Bushes and received them in April around the 10th I believe. They arruved nicely packaged I followed directions and within a week we had 7 inches of snow. All the leaves fell off and I have been nurturing them back its been almost 6 wweks and I see a few green leaves. I contacted customer service Racheal haa remained in contact with me. Very disappointed in the size of my holly bushes less than 1 foot tall. It will take forever for the 6 bushes to fill the landscape area. My friend bought Holly bushes at a local. Lowes department spent less money and hers arrived 3 feet by 2 feet wide.
Order 2 Asian pears trees 4-5 feet tall on 04/30/2020 received trees exactly 2 weeks later on May 14th 2020 which is really quick considering everything been been slow back up and affected by the covid-19.
Trees about 6 feet tall. With good system. The think I don't like is that they don't put tree in the bucket but in a burlap bag... and soil and roots been separated from each other. And possible will stress the trees if the shipping would been prolonged.
Any way I'm happy about the whole purchase. Trees already have nice small young buds and leaves on all over the trees.
Hope they will thriving good as soon as I put them on the ground.
Also they give you free shipping if you buy a certain amount.

I spent $750 on 6 trees and had some issues with their plants, EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with them because they hide their phone number tight and ask to be communicated thru emails only. First some of the trees delivered unqualified condition, I paid higher prices for larger size trees but they sent small trees instead, this is definitely a business fraud. After days of communication with their associate THRU EMAIL, they offered discount and one replacement tree as the only option so I had to accept it, even thought I wanted to return all trees due to their dishonest business practices. Then my replacement tree never got sent out until I follow up again after 10days, which at same time I reported one tree was dead a week after it was received. Had to filed another claim, and asked for replacement tree, associate replied saying they were out of inventory for this Longan tree and offered store credit. I asked for full refund because I don't trust their quality and business reputation, and such difficulty on communicating with them, my email was ignored TOTALLY, no response at all! It is their problem to be out of inventory, why are you forcing your customer to purchase something else that they're not interested in and pay the shipping cost in additional, when I should be receiving either a free replacement tree or a full refund?

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
