Ordered few trees after 10 day no sign of shipping! Emailed and their response was they canceled my order they didn't have most of them! Of course they don't have a phone number to call so everything was through email. They Say they are a big company but no phone number to call. 3 weeks after they canceled my order I still haven't got my refunds. Don't wast your time buy your trees somewhere else.
Order was delivered to a wrong address, but it got delivered next day with item is missing. Tree arrived half death, skinny. Better off purchase it from Home Depot

I ordered three plants. The Meyer Lemon Tree is healthy and growing as is my Croton 'Petra' plant. However, the Laurel Bay Leaf plant arrived very dried out and stressed. Despite my best efforts to save it, it was dead within days. I reached out to them several times regarding this issue. They answered via email saying they were running behind because of demand. If I did not hear from anyone in several days, they told me to contact them again. I have three times. It has been over two weeks, and no response. Very disappointed as most of the reviews were favorable. I will not order from them again.
I ordered 2 3ft Kumquat trees from Fast growing trees and they "finally" arrived. They literally look like they have been pulled out of an old warehouse as they are very weak looking and beat up. They are very leggy and lanky looking like they have been stretching to reach the sun that just wasn't there. A 3ft tree should have more than 3 branches on it and the one only had 2 branches with few leaves - not happy. They will not answer the phones anymore as well due to the current events but they will take the $$ Go to Homedepot so you see what you are buying...

Grabbed the tree by the fabric bag and trunk to pull out of the plastic bag. The fabric bag ripped and out came the dirt and roots. Tree was wilted before planting. Now leaves are yellow with mist if them already fallen off. Out of the 35+ trees I gave this was the only to wilt and loose all the leaves within a couple weeks.

I lost my money! I placed an order for more than $600 and never got anything. I tried to contact them by phone or by email but I got no answer. This was more than a month ego so I am going to try to get my money back thru my bank.

Ordered 4 items - very happy with 3 of the 4 but the blueberry tree not doing so well when I got it. No worries, pretty good green thumb but it finally gave up. Other plants are doing very well except my dogs got the mandarin orange tree, thinking it was a new "chew toy" (it was outside my garden fence). Yes, they destroyed it:(
Anyway, no response from warranty request for blueberry tree from over a week ago - I know things are crazy these days but I'm trying to help save on shipping and want to buy another mandarin - oh well...

Bought 4 giant thuja trees. 4 puny twigs I would not call them trees arrived. I planted and fertilized as recommended. 3 died within the month. They sent me another batch. Again not trees, very fragile little trees. Planted and wrapped in burlap to protect for the winter. Unwrapped in May (northern Michigan) and again all dead.

They sent a mailer with a discount and free shipping. They did not honor the free shipping, stating customers could only use one of the discounts. The mailer did not indicate customers had to choose. Stupid way to trick customers.

I ordered 2' shrub. Received instead 2/ twig with several lief and practically no roots. It is dying now. I called them and listened to the advice to e-mail them, since they do not use phone. I did e-mail over a week ago. Never heard back. Sent request today again, went to see reviews on their page. No such opportunity, only glorious reviews of whoever they get it from. So i am writing here. I strongly do not recommend using this company

Ordered three trees for a total of $300. They shipped the first two trees and they were not packed right so the root ball was demolished. They overlooked shipping one of my trees entirely. They did ship out replacement trees again (all thee). I planted all three - two are apparantly dead as they have been in the ground for two months and absolutely have not grown at all - Not even a bud. I bought 4 other trees from the big box store and they are all doing great. I'm also not sure if the root grow item they sell has done anything. I could call and complain but I am not wiling to go dig up the failed trees and plant again for further disappointment. I will be off to the big box so I don't waste my time. $200 bucks down the drain.

I received my order. I am happy to see that our cherry tree is doing pretty good but looks like our apricot tree isn't doing so good. Figures crossed all goes well.

I had to send many emails to get a banana tree replaced after the post office held it for 2 1/2 weeks.
I bought 5 trees. Everything arrived as described and all are thriving. I was a little worried about buying plants online.
Planted and water like the directions said. All trees died. I sent pictures of all trees then they say I did not buy warranty for a year. Heck they did not even make 30 days.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
