Our weeping willow tree arrived in good condition. It had been in the 80's for a couple days and we were worried about it drying out in transit, but the box it cam in is very heavy duty carboard. Its strapped in and there was cardboard over the soil to keep it moist and it did. Very happy. We plan to buy 2 Japanese maples this fall.
Recieved our monstera and zz plant without any damage. Though the shipment was delayed, I have usually never had a delayed shipment with FGT. This was only due to the shipping delays as the result of COVID-19. Totally understandable. Rather everyone be safe than worrying about my non-essential plants. Bought a cherry tree that had suckers all at the bottom of the trunk, asked a question if I should cut them off or not cause I don't know, they never posted my question, and never even responded, they choose what reviews and questions are posted from people on their website, nothing worse than dishonesty, for the amount of money we pay for the so called "already pruned, and top cared for trees" I think we deserve some transparency, and not to be ignored. Can someone please tell me if I should snip these suckers off, are they bad, or good? Yes I did google, said some are ok some are bad, the 1st pic is when it first arrived on the right, 2nd and 3rd pics are what it looks now, suckers have gotten way bigger, because f. G. f. T's ignored me way too long, Thanks to whoever can help.
When the order arrived, both trees looked like they were in good shape, the right size, and had plenty of leaves. I made sure to dig a large hole for each, purchased the recommended fertilizing soil, and watered per directions. Within two days, one tree is surviving the other lost almost all leaves and looks like dead twigs. Not sure if this is typical. Also not sure how long to wait before deciding this one is dead and needs to be replaced.

I was sent a branch that was sold as a $77 pomegranate tree. It looks like the Charlie Brown Xmas tree but not even as good as there are no branches on it. Go to your local nursery and get a better product for half the cost, at least.

Because each plant was not individually packaged, all of my blackberry bushes were completely smashed I'm trying to nurse them back to help. I know "ship shock" is possible, but after buying some houseplants from bloomscape before fast growing trees and seeing how well they package and care for their plants in the shipping process, I expected a little better from you guys. My azalea sprung right back to excellence and I'm glad I ordered potting soil ahead. It might be easier and cheaper to get some leading brand at Lowe's, but it does feel quality, especially with needing to nurture the plants back to what I imagine they looked like before shipping. Receiving my shipment was another issue. I know coronavirus slowed down a lot, but the time to get here was a little ridiculous. It also got here a day later than expected because fedex forgot to drop it off here before heading north. The shipping process could use some attention. The variety of plants is great!
Blackberry plant was dead. Pomegranate plant was top branches were broken. Plant itself was not worth the price l was charged.

I received the tree one week ago and a landscaper friend planted it for us the same day. I have been watering it every day as I am told to do but the leaves are shriveled and I am worried about it's health. No reply.
I honestly had no clue what to expect because I've never ordered a plant online, but I'm so happy with the Meyer lemon bush order!
Understanding the Covid-19 crisis, my order was shipped and received within a very reasonable time frame. The tree was well packed and received in very good condition. I planted the tree in a very large pot immediately. As of today (May 23.2020), my only concern is that a lot of the leaves are falling. I could send pictures for your review and advise.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
