The plant arrived in good condition, but there is a delay in shipping and response to customer queries.
The boxes in which there was nothing else but plants survived pretty well, the boxes in which soil was also stashed had unacceptable amount of broken branches... And these trees looked pitiful. Why would anyone shove soil into a box with two trees knowing they would move in transport?
I received a lovely tree as promised. Nicely protected and arrived undamaged. Would order again.

I'm so happy, last Sunday my hydrangeas arrived. From South Carolina to New York City, they were packed with care. A few days after they arrived, the hydrangeas started going through shock in their new environment. The staff at Fast Growing Trees are so professional and kind, I called to talk to a plant expert and Elvis was so helpful. He even shared that if they end up not surviving in 6 weeks, FGT will send me another order free of charge. I would definitely recommend them and order from Fast Growing Trees in the future!
Thank you for the order. The blueberry plants do not look in top shape. They are just twigs and I worry may not grow. My local store had better bushes so I have to admit I surprised the way these looked especially since I paid 5x the amount. I thought I would have received plush bushes.

I have written in to you that the Rainer Cherry tree was in good shape but the Royal Ann Cherry is in bad shape and broken on many limbs. I sent in pictures also. Waiting to hear back.
Finally arrived and was described as a gallon sized plant. She sent me a picture, so does not look lake s gallon plant, very disappointing. I spent $60.00 or so with shipping. I could have picked something like this up in a grocery store for $10.00

When I saw the pictures of the shrubs I ordered I was so, so excited, but the bushes I recieved are small with a few damaged branches on each one. I payed $79.00 each and really truly expected a much larger plant. This one looks like the $19.99 at the local Home Depot.
My great hope is that it will grow and in 5 years might looklike something...

Product was standing on end instead lying flat according to arrows causing soil from one tree falling out and trees were very pale so waiting for color to return
We needed to cancel part of our order after the items shipped, due primarily to the "flexibility" that can be displayed by the wife.
Point is, FGT was phenomenal at working with me and allowed us to keep a portion of the order and send the other items back.
I WILL be a return customer simply because they are flexible with me and my wife's indecision.
