I purchased 10 thuga trees for central texas. Which if I knew before i purchased them, they aren't great for this area. I did receive two vouchers to replace two trees that died before warranty was up. Now I see three more are turning brown. I believe the the wetness is not good for their feet. They should take this area off the list. I just wanted some trees for privacy.
So far so good. It's surviving our wet and rainy winter. Can't wait for spring to get here to see how it does.
I ordered online and paid extra for the purpose of receiving quality. The trees look better at Walmart and are cheaper. I also get to see and pick out what I buy.
Bought what was advertised as a 3 foot meyer lemon tree. What I received wasnt 3 feet but much smaller. The tree did not look healthy and it enevitably died. Bought a warranty for the tree and emailed the company and never heard back. Extremly disappointed.
Not the best, not the worst. Great selection, but you pay a lot more than buying from a nursery and they cant guarantee the right plants are sent every time because they dont grow them. Even if the mistake is theirs, you have to buy their warranty upfront for 10% more to qualify for a replacement (and you only get one). Ive had to follow up with customer service 2-3 times on some occasions. Once I even had to wait 2 yrs to grow up a plant and prove they sent the wrong one which was a huge waste of time, energy, and garden space. Also got a pretty damaged plant once which I was told to grow anyway because it wasnt completely dead... I ended up having to pay for a new one when it didnt survive. If you can find it somewhere else, youre better off going direct through a nursery.

I thought "Pam" as billed would be interactive but not.
Thanks anyway though.
I love these trees. I have purchased many of these, and have never been disappointed. I have several of these trees that are probably 20 feet tall. Most of my friends cannot believe how beautiful these trees are.
Items were received as described!
Looking forward to seeing whether they survive the winter and I see new life this Spring!
Tree came packaged well fairly fast. Waiting on Spring to see how the tree survived the Winter. If it survived the winter then it should turn out to be a pretty shaped tree that will enhance the landscaping in my yard and at my home.
Great place to buy from. Great prices and fast shipping. All of the plants and trees I receive, they all look great. Thank you!
Best price I could find for red arapaho crape myrtles. Website was easy-to-use, plants were promptly delivered in great condition, and the planting instructions could be understood by a beginner gardener.
The first set of trees was confiscated and destroyed by the US Agriculture Dept because they found bugs. (I received a letter from them) So the company sent three more. Two trees arrived half dead, limp, only a few leaves. One was completely dead. I wrote an email to the person who sent me an email asking if I received the trees, etc. I told her but never heard back. The two sickly trees are 3 feet high sticks with a couple of leaves. The third one is still a stick with no leaves. I paid over $220 for this? What a joke! I would NEVER order from this company again!
I purchased lots of trees and plants from them and not happy with any of them. I have 16 Gaint Thuja trees which are brown now and almost dead.
I have bought 10-15 trees from Fast Growing trees and have had to replace many of them and will do the same this spring
Nov. 2016 I order 6-7 foot tree. They delivered a 4.5 foot. Customer service said they would redeliver taller tree the next day. They did not. Customer service then said they would give me a credit toward a tree in 2017. Nov. 2017 i ordered 8-10 foot using my credit plus extra for taller tree. They took my money knowing they did not have a local vendor! No tree for 2017. Seriously. Now they are offering to give me a credit toward 2018? No way! I asked for refund. Customer service said they would issue a check. 3 months later, still no check. It's sad to me. I was very satisfied the first two yrs. Did they free too fast? Probably. Not my problem. Give me my $$!
Purchased Arbor Vitas and I can hear them grow at night. Great and Healthy resilient to road salt at this time. Just opened up this nudist camp and needed fast coverage that wouldn't cause injury to someone brushing against them.
Naked and damm proud in Wisconsin
Price I paid and the trees/plants I got are nowhere comparable. Very small trees, most of them looked like sticks with very few branches.
At this time I would have to vote neutral as I planted my two trees in late fall and can only hope these babies will remain alive after this very cold winter in the Berkshires of Mass. Can better evaluate in the Spring.
Although the trees are starter trees, they are always in good shape and respond well to the root fertilizer and potting soil when planted.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
