Ordered a few trees to re-landscape our backyard. It seems this site has nearly any tree you want, which is great, since our local nurseries are limited. After placing the order, I received a separate email with planting and care instructions, which was especially helpful since I tend to have a "brown thumb." The order was shipped fast, and arrived on time. The trees looked great and healthy out of the box, and we love they way they look now that they are in the ground. Fingers crossed that they grow up big and tall over the years! So far, so good. Thank you!
We got some maples. Ohhhhhh shiiiiit. It's gonna be forrestial up in here bruh. I named them Marla Maples and Mister Tree. I'll let you know how they worked out in like 9 years...
My order arrived very fast. They were packaged well. No damage but the plants were tiny. The two box hedges looked weak and lots of brown leaves. The holly tree had 15 leaves which were all brown spotted. The butterfly plant consisted of two twigs and i dont know if it going to make it. I know its the end of feb and some plants are dormant but they just didnt seem healthy. The holly tree was replaced by fast growing trees. The replacement plant was much better.
The 'tree' I ordered came as a bush. The 5-6' was only accomplished by adding on the length of the pot. It's possible that in years I can train it to resemble a tree, but that is not what I paid for. I could have gone down to the supermarket and gotten a bush.
Ordered red delicious and honeycrisp apple trees. They arrived right on schedule. One tree wasn't packaged perfectly (soil had spilled) but both looked healthy. Planted them last fall, we'll see how they do.

No the tree is 50 years old, but I ordered a cold weather avocado for my sister who LOVES guac and just turned 50. This was a gift from our entire family to celebrate her longevity. The tree came way sooner than anticipated, but looks great!
I placed an order that was efficiently executed and confirmed. You then sent another email stating there were more things in my basket. It stated that there was an unfinished order in the basket for $300+ more of trees not ordered by me.

I ordered 2 avocado trees. When they arrived the box was crushed. The pots were damaged and the 2 trees had a total of 7 leaves left. I emailed you about the issues. I got no response. This was not the quality product you advertised. I have been nursing them back to health but the 5' tree won't make it. I'm glad to finally have this opportunity to voice my dissatisfaction. I hope I can expect some sort of fair response.

Trees arrived not in good condition, the top leaves of Gardenia are yellow, while the leaves on the sweet olive tea seems bited by insects or have disease.
May the order - shiped quick- and had them in the grow the day I got them. Team kept me up to date and gave advice on how to plant. Will use again.
