I ordered a 125cc red dirt bike i in fact got a 125cc blue PIT bike and was incredibly annoyed as the manual defined and reffered to cars and ATV's also they had a 1 year warranty, two weeks after i got it the screw from the pistone came loose and destroyed the interior of the engine costing an absolute bomb. They refused to pay up i am now as we speak talking to local lawyers about the problem. I HATE FASTBUGGIES, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!

Hi to who have ordered from fastbuggies you can cancel and get your money back by going to cyberbit.eu they are very helpful. Should have my refund in 48hrs will post again to let you know.
As for those two $#*!s who run the company yeah that would be David &Alex I find it hard to believe that they do not have the guts to answer there must be some way to shut this website down so they cannot rob anyone else

Thanx all u guys with the suggestions u all made, i hav wrote to watch dog bac in dec but no reply from them so not sure what to do, i will definatly go to my mank and c what they can do as i paid with visa debit so not sure if any thing can b don, any more advise welcome, still no answer from fastbuggies just a silly anser phone, no reply still, im so fed up and peeed of,

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS FIRM FastBuggies still have not refunded our money - even though they collected their faulty goods in November - They are not replying to emails. Fast buggies did (after several months) supply us with a quad bike that was broken with parts missing in a crushed crate. They eventually replaced this one with a second quad bike that ran for 2 hours then never started again. We have now been waiting two months to have our money refunded back to visa. They have not yet honored their promises of a full refund. A useless company that has now had our money for 8 months!. The Glide family.

Please do not order from this site. I ordered a farmer quad back in july of last year 2009. Despite numerous excuses of failed delivery dates not honoured from Fast buggies they eventually stopped answering any of my e-mail's sent to them, when I asked for a refund. As e-mail appears to be the only form of comunication with this company (if you get through on the phone be prepaired for it to be put down on you) and there isn't a registered uk address for this company, options left to complain or get your money back are very limited. I was fortunate enough to have put the purchase on the credit card and after calling the cards Fraud line i was refunded the whole amount in March2010. It would appear after looking at the reviews on this site that i am one of the few to be able to get a refund from this fraudulant company who will spin potential purchasers like you and me a line to obtain your money. This lot should be in prison for the way in which they have conducted themselves... Please please stay away from them & try your fraud team if you ordered from them with your credit card - keep all copies of any correspondence with fast buggies - the card company found this really usefull in my case.

Didnt know anything about jabber until today but having been told about it and looking seems obvisuley ive been taken for a ride or not as the case may be. I ordered a quad on the 12th december they took money out of account on the 13th december now 26th febuary and after numerous emails and unanswered phone calls still no quad just about to have a look at cyberbit site see what they can do. Going to fraud squad first thing monday and the police. This has gone beyond a joke now watching the dissapointment on my sons face honestly, alex and david 21stone 6.3 and fit as a fiddle stoke bloke hope we never meet cause you might just get whats coming to you lets hope somebody does the same to your missus and kids while you are in jail banged up with marge AY

Fastbuggies is a bunch of robbing fu*ks! Basically stole money off me and now will not answer calls or return emails. Stay well away

Hi... we had the same problem as everyone on here we ordered a quad bike at the begining of october and paid in full with our cridit card.We were given a delivery date but it never came.we were then offered compensation and another delivery date never came again anyway to cut a long story short we were fobbed of time and time again (32 emails of promises)Luckily we saw what was happening and put a £50 deposit on another quad bike with a different company just in case who turned out to be spot on, great quad and very good service.we did a charge back through our bank and got our money back in a week we didnt wait for their refund we had enough of their lies so go to your banks and get the forms to fill in for a charge back.As it turned out our sons exmas wasnt ruind but that was downt to us not fast f**&ng rip off buggies.Be carefull if he has gone bankrupt he may just start up in another name... DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE AND PAY BY CREDIT CARD

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PATHETIC COMPULSIVE LIARS AS YOU NEVER GET YOUR ORDER. JUST ALOT OF JACKANORYS AND NOT VERY INVENTIVE ONES AT THAT IHAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR A RIDE. PLEASE DON'T BE NEXT

4 MONTHS FROM THE DAY OF ORDERING A QUAD FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY IN SEPTEMBER!... STILL WAITING... LOTS OF BROKEN PROMISES... I HAVE GIVEN UP AND ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND. STILL WAITING... MR MISFUD STILL HAS MY MONEY!
