I recently had an extended interaction with Fashionphile's Authentication Department concerning the authentication of several luxury items I intended to sell through their platform. The experience has been nothing short of a rollercoaster, marked by a series of ups and downs that have left me feeling both frustrated and disappointed.

Furthermore, I found the imposition of an authentication fee, even in the face of substantial proof of authenticity, to be somewhat unjust. Despite my efforts to cooperate and provide additional documentation, I felt that my attempts to clarify the situation were largely overlooked.

I was not aware that delivery would be signature required. Just made it inconvenient because I work during the day and UPS did not give alternate options for pickup.
